They have people working remotely. If they get the call on the mobile app and they need the client to speak with someone else, they end up having to ask the caller to call back in and select a different option. I've seen this with several offices, this is just the most recent:
We need two part forms (especially for Dentist offices that do extractions). So they would have, for example: a template for teeth extraction. Then they would send the form to themself and they could fill out the tooth#, reason for procedure, bp, etc. Then forward it to the pt for final signature and anything else they want the pt to fill…2 votes -

The POC felt that the entire platform is not user-friendly enough, and has too many steps to do simple things like sending faxes. Additionally, she said that there used to be a little animation of a fax going into a fax machine when they would send faxes, and she wants that back so she can feel like the fax is going somewhere.2 votes
