    The form will overwrite data in the pms. so they have existing patients entering 'no' on everything and erasing their own data, the office would like to change the auto generated message so they can let pts know to answer all of the questions earnestly so they do not overwrite their own data

    In the Portal the office wants admins to be able to edit user Location Access in each child account, not just the parent account. Right now they have to add all users to the parent account to be able to easily edit location access. They would like to have the functionality in each child account

    I've seen this with several offices, this is just the most recent:
    We need two part forms (especially for Dentist offices that do extractions). So they would have, for example: a template for teeth extraction. Then they would send the form to themself and they could fill out the tooth#, reason for procedure, bp, etc. Then forward it to the pt for final signature and anything else they want the pt to fill…

  20. User Experience Feedback: Simplify Fax Sending Process and Reinstate Fax Animation

    The POC felt that the entire platform is not user-friendly enough, and has too many steps to do simple things like sending faxes. Additionally, she said that there used to be a little animation of a fax going into a fax machine when they would send faxes, and she wants that back so she can feel like the fax is going somewhere.
