Effort to Manage Users Under Parent Account in Unify/Multi Feature

The group would really like to be able to manage all users from the parent account regardless of whether or not that user has access to the parent account. It's difficult to manage them looking at multiple accounts.

One office was pretty confused on how to have patients fill out forms. They thought they could click on the form in form builder and have the patient fill it out there. The office would like a notification system with the Sync app. meaning if it disconnects or goes unhealthy or has errors, they'd like to be notifed. Rather then them having to find something wrong (like a patient gettings texted the wrong time) then call into weave and find out it's disconnected.

The appointment reminders are using some english words instead of Spanish on the day of the week and the month. For example, "de su cita el Wednesday de" should not say Wednesday, but Miercoles. And "Wednesday 18th de Janen nuestra" what is Janen? There is no month in Spanish that is Janen, are we thinking Enero? Thanks!2 votes -

The form will overwrite data in the pms. so they have existing patients entering 'no' on everything and erasing their own data, the office would like to change the auto generated message so they can let pts know to answer all of the questions earnestly so they do not overwrite their own data2 votes -

They have people working remotely. If they get the call on the mobile app and they need the client to speak with someone else, they end up having to ask the caller to call back in and select a different option.
