  1. Text Messages

    We have been Weave users for about 2 years. We have been happy with the product up until lately. Previously, in the text feature, we could search any patient to send a text. Now, it is much more difficult to find patients to send a text. WE HATE THIS CHANGE YOU HAVE MADE! When putting in a payment, we still can bring up any patient. Please change the texts back to how it was. We love the text feature to communicate with patients. It has become MUCH LESS user friendly to use. Thank you for your consideration. Jana

    Please please please make a mobile desktop app that is compatible with Samsung Chromebook. As an office manager I desperately need the app and cannot on my new computer

  4. Message templates on phone app

    It would be very helpful if the message templates were available when using the app on a phone. Several of our staff use phones exclusively, and access to those templates would increase their productivity and consistency.

  5. Forms Customization

    With the new forms addition, the function to edit the text/font would allow us to customize emails to make them look less like "Spam." We could use the company logo on the forms on the email as well to make the email more professional.

  7. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  8. stop quietly disconnecting/logging out!!!

    New update logs out in the background, causing tremendous communication issues!!!! Need a VISIBLE warning if the application is going to logout. When working on patients, the app will log out and important office chats are not received. Up front, it will log out and we don't receive texts from patients and don't even know it's disconnected until it causes a communication problem and patient backlog. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN. PLESE REMEDY!!!!!!!

  9. MOBILE VS DESKTOP

    Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

  10. Quick Fill

    I wish that you were able to send a message directly from the quick fill list. It only gives you the option to call.

    When a patient calls to pay their bill over the phone, is there a way to add a button or link we can click to take us to Payments? It's a lot of extra clicking to go from the screen that is there when the person calls to generating the Payments screen.

  13. More Analytics Would Be Helpful

    The Admin Message Queue is helpful, but we would like to look back more than 1 week. Can yu please add a date range? Or if it needs to be presented in a 7 day format... be able to select the week from a calender?

    For example, we think that our Recall messages are not firing... and see that none were sent this week or last by reviewing the queue. But were any ever sent? WE need to look back further... but the system does not permit it.

    Breaking down the queue data to STAFF PARTICIPATION would also be helpful.

  14. Treatment Plan Reminders

    Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups.   15. Sync time stamp

    We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

  17. Form Requests: HIPAA Concerns and Template Customization Needed

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    Office wants to have the option to choose which contact she sends the forms to, stating that the software is defaulting to sending forms requests for adult members of household "in care of" parent/HOH/Spouse and that is a hipaa violation. Also cx wants the ability to edit the default template for forms requests, as she states the verbiage is too similar how we present auto reminders

  18. Go back to Quick Fill 1.0 / Lost patient list with 2.0

    I HATE the new Quick Fill 2.0. I've lost my entire list of patients. Now when I use quick fill it brings up my entire list of patients. I only want to have those that I add to it. I want to go back to Quick Fill 1.0.

    We'd love to see an icon next to patient names showing that they have submitted forms. This would be similar to the icon showing that they have sent a message.

  20. Send the info requested for online scheduling to the office

    The current online scheduling system asks for a patients date of birth but does not send that date of birth to the office with the request. It would be nice to have all the patients information to get them scheduled.
    Can you add date of birth and insurance to the info requested and sent to the office?
