  1. Bug: Clients pre-existing in synced software no longer have contact info

    (Synced with cornerstone) Random clients are not coming up with their names, only their phone number. Not syncing to patient information so cannot send payment requests/etc. But cannot add contact. Phone number/client contact information is unchanged.

  2. Viewing Sent and Received Faxes

    It would be nice if I could easily see faxes as "sent" and "received." As it is now, it takes way too many clicks to do this, filtering and unfiltering. Before it was just one click to see sent, one click to see received. Much more user-friendly.

  4. Quick Fill Lists more manageable

    The New Weave Experience Quick Fill is twice as time consuming. You have the "Manage List" tab that you can add all patients to. But then to send out messages you have to move them to the "Send Message" tab and add them to "select recipients". This list will only allow up to 50 people. We have over a 100 people on our wait list. In order to add other patients we have to delete patients from the "manage list" in order to remove them from the "select recipients" list. I recommend a function that once you send the quick…

  5. Allow patients to see payment notes when sending txt to pay

    I don't always attach an EOB but I do like to send a note stating what the balance is for. I think it also helps show that it's not a spam message when there is a note from the office attached

    Team Chat hasn't work properly for months. Please fix it. Sent messages don't show up, sometimes I can't send messages, we never receive pop up alerts anymore..it's very frustration.

  7. Option to return to IVR from a voicemail if reached in error

    We would like the option to select a prompt to return to the IVR instead of leaving a message. This would be used when people reach a voicemail box in error and would like to try the IVR again.

  8. Accept the letter "A" as a "yes" on patient response to confirm appointment

    Many patients send the letter "A" to confirm their appointment via text and the system does not recognize it as a confirmation. It would be helpful to have it as an accepted response.

  9. Data sync fills up hard drive, renders HD unusable

    We use Dentrix with Windows 10. Using the macOS Weave app filled the hard drive in /Library/Application Support/Weave with thousands of ~55MB zip files over 4 months. This is a hidden folder and rendered the Mac computer unusable until we could find out where the increase in storage was happening. The Mac computer has a 500GB hard drive. Currently the solution is to manually delete the downloaded zip files. If the app still works after manually deleting the zip files then why create them in the first place?

    Chronic Care IQ integration - We are launching a new service line which entails remote patient monitoring. We need to be able to report all time spent on the phone with a patient. The platform we will use is Chronic Care IQ ( https://www.chroniccareiq.com/). The Chronic Care IQ platform is built to record patient interactions and create billable reports.The company tells me they have repeatedly tried to contact Weave to complete an integration at their cost.     If I send an email to a patient through Weave, how do I know if the patient received the email or if it bounces back because it is incorrect? Is there a way for Weave to tell me if the email bounces back?

    PLEASE REMOVE AMOUNT PROCESSED REFUNDS ETC FROM INVOICE HISTORY- ALL EMPLYEES ARE ABLE TO SEE THIS WHEN THEY COLLECT PAYMENT. All this financial information is sensitive and should not be visible to everyone. THIS IS A CRITICAL FLAW

  16. voicemail override should make office status "closed"

    VMO should change office status to "Closed" so that the appropriate call group, options and text messages go out when the override is on. It used to function that way, but I think that changed when the scheduling option was added. Please bring that option back!!!!

  17. Be able to view full Confirmation Code without copy and paste

    with the new online app I can't view the full Confirmation Code for payments received -- I only use the last 6digits for my records and have to copy and paste the whole code just to record the last 6digits and I have to put this record in 3 dif. places, so it's not ideal.

    The legacy app has the option to put 3 time spots in that are available. the desktop app does not have that option. I need more than 1 spot sent out on those messages to offer the patients. I would prefer 4 spots and the option just like the old app too send 1,2 3 or 4 options if I have those available. Thank you

  19. Monthly transaction payments rather than individually charging us.

    As of now, we're charged a fee every time we utilize weave payments. Rather than being charged individually every transaction, it would make keeping our accounting processing much simpler if we were charged a monthly fee of an estimated transaction cost. If we go over, charge additionally but if we are under keep it as an account credit. It's chaotic to our accounting team trying to ensure what's being taken out daily rather than monthly.

  20. Have the review button on the automatic review sender available to link to your website instead.

    On Review sending automatic reminders, we should be able to customize the button that is automatically generated. It would be nice to direct them though our website so our reviews can be monitored through our program.
