  2. queue

    We would like the phone to only ring every few minutes when someone is in the queue instead of constantly. It's hard to have a conversation with a patient while the phone is continually ringing.

  3. Ability to add codes to insurance verification

    Please add the ability to add specific codes to the insurance verification report. We have some procedures performed frequently but they are not listed when the verification is returned so we still have to go online to get that information for each patient. Thank you.

  4. Add report filter for payments on terminal vs text-to-pay

    We send patients text-to-pay links to collect a pre-payment prior to their visit. Now that Weave puts all payments in Open Dental automatically, we can't tell which were pre-payments. We would like to have a filter on the report to separate payments by text-to-pay vs. terminal.

  5. Re-add the search by patient name function to Invoices/Payments

  6. 10 DLC dropdown option does not include dental

    When submitting 10DLC, there is not an option to allow the office to choose the option of dental instead of healthcare. This has never been an option and the office would like it to be an option. I let the office know I would submit a feature request.

  8. Put the parent account at the top under "Accounts"

    Under the select location location in the portal, the list is organized alphabetically. this causes the parent account to not be at the top and has confused an office. can we put parent accounts at the top and then organize alphabetically?

  9. Emails should show in pt history with txt and calls

    Emails should show in weaves patient history. It only shows txt and phone calls and you have to log into the portal to see a history of emails. It is not simple to lookup a pt and see the history of emails sent because you cannot search by name, but by date sent

  10. Weave should recognize and mark all forms of appt confirmation

    Weave can only mark one confirmation status in our dental software. So there is no good way to know how a pt actually confirmed (txt, email, phone). Also when you hover over the confirmation status in the weave schedule it does not always match what is selected when you actually click on it.

  11. Bulk message overdue patients to fill openings in schedule

    When we have multiple openings in our hygiene schedule, we like to send a message to all overdue patients to offer those appointments and fill the schedule. The Bulk message feature does not filter out overdue patients, and you can't send bulk messages in the Overdue Patients list.

  12. Email Marketing Needs More Filters

    Hello!

    An office I worked with has had some struggles selecting the right recipients for email marketing. They would like to be able to send emails out to everyone who does not have an upcoming appointment. They would like us to add an upcoming appointment filter that can include or exclude so they can make these selections.

    We have had a lot of trouble getting our Crystal PM schedule to sync correctly with the Weave online scheduler.
    It would be nice to have the same dummy that we had during the initial building out phase.

  14. caller name and office user should display in Weave Portal call records even if phone not synced to app

    From what I have seen, the desktop app can provide numbers on how many calls each user took, but the Portal does not display anyone for the caller name or office user field unless the phone has been synced to a desktop app. Weave as a software knows which calls are going to and from which extensions, and the portal should serve as the master repository for call data accessible and exportable by admins for analysis.

  15. Can you please add "Recall Date" to email marketing campaigns.

  16. Misspelled "hygiene" when creating appointment types in Portal

    Please correct "hygine" to "hygiene". It says imported name so I do not think patients see this, but it is kind of annoying for a dentist to see that.

  17. Appointment Lead Time changed to Hours instead of Days

    Our office has noticed that when you put lead time of 1 day it doesn't mean 24 hours later, it means the next day. This means before 12:00AM a patient would still be able to book a appointment at 9:00AM the following day.

    I.E. the date is 06/22/2023, a customer/patient would be able to request an appointment at 11:00PM on their/phone computer for a 8:30AM appointment on 06/23/2023.

    We don't see those requests until we come in the next morning as those are after hours when the request was made and its too last minute for us to schedule.

  18. Manual Payment Screen

    The Manual Payment option is no longer user friendly. It no longer moves to the next field when one is completed and it is difficult to scroll down to the next field if it is not visible. These sound like petty complaints, but it really slows down processing the payment

  20. Insurance Verification for Secondary Insurance
