Contact Directory Entries Need More Fields
The current Contact Directory Add New Contact window only offers two fields, Name and Phone Number. We need to be able to store more information for each contact, such as:
* Extension
* Memo - A textbox for entering useful info such as Contact Name, Contact Classification, Department Name, etc
* Number Type (fax or voice)--For Example--
Name: Ultradent Products
Number: 888-893-9878
Ext: 123
Type: Voice

Post an invoice when Weave refunds a billing mistake
Please post or send our company a notice or invoice showing an amount that was refunded to us, either due to a mistake by Weave or otherwise. Telling us to check our credit card statement for the refund when we call to ask about a duplicate charge is not helpful.

Weave online scheduling function to support staggered schedule
If the online schedule feature could support a staggered schedule or differentiating schedule from day to day or week to week that would be great. For instance: we schedule apts every 30 minutes, but they last 40 minutes - this is not easy to work around with the current functionality.

Add calendar attachment to appointment reminder emails
I see a lot of other appointment reminders that I get have the calendar ical attachment in the email which allows me quickly add the appointment in my personal calendar. Can Weave add that feature so the calendar attachment is included in the appointment reminder email.

Take off the view of total $ collected for the year under invoices and payments (staff doe not need to see that # every time they log in)
Changing the view of Invoices and Payments. Staff should be able to see day of, day before and maybe even week before, but they don't need to see total processed and net each time they log in. Especially, if patient walks by while they are balancing day sheet. That total # is not needed on the main screen. Thank you!

Make your online scheduling unbeatable!
We have three doctors with three different schedules. All appointments are set in 10 min intervals and our office will allow multiple appt types in the same time slot. Everything should be customizable by time/Dr and appointment type. For example each appointment type should have a Mon-Fri (or Sun-Sat) tab with every time slot listed and check off the available appt times for each appointment type for each day. That way we can fully customize the individual Dr's day and appointment types.

Feedback feature
There should be a box on the portal highlighted "feedback" to make is super easy to leave feedback. This way is very inefficient.

Can we get a direct dial line for Weave multi-tenant? Instead of always having to route through the first line of support.
For multi-tenant, can we have a direct dial number for multi-tenant support? For support, currently I have to dial into support, and then after providing details, they pass me along to multi-tenant team and usually have to hold for a few minutes. Would be nice to be able to direct dial into the multi-tenant support.

Email Marketing Prompt Warning Us if the Post Doesn't Meet Certain Criterias
Weave's Email Marketing doesn't notify us if photos, text, or links being used are incorrectly displayed.
For example, if the photo doesn't meet the 640px x 339px requirement, then Weave will still forward the email campaign, which burns one of our schedule limits, but doesn't actually send out the email campaign.

Increase Insurance companies
There are specific Insurance companies ie: Pacific Source and FEP Blue Dental that our patients used not represented by Weave. This makes the verification process time consuming which is supposed to be alleviated. Please add more carriers

Ability to lock phone ring volumes

AUTO REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPOINTMENT
AUTO REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPOINTMENT. SYSTEM ONLY WILL SEND NEW REMINDER IF WE DELETE EXSITING APPT THEN REMAKE A NEW ONE. I HAVE USED OTHER SOFTWARES THAT WILL SEND NEW REMINDER AFTER MOVING APPT!

Add more exclusions for the vet vertical for anything automated
When sending anything automated such as a bulk message I would love the option to exclude more things such as if a family recently had to euthanize their pet I do not want to send them a bulk message telling them they need to get flea medication for their pet that was just euthanized.

On-Call / Pager Add-On
On-Call/Pager Add-On Feature that allows you to create an "On-Call schedule" whenever a voicemail is left in a specific voicemail box it will notify a specific user via text and email perhaps automated voice calling notification as well? This is a feature that our practice would be MORE than willing to pay an additional fee for and the only thing Weave would have to do would be to create the schedule function for whoever needs to be notified. This feature would be extremely helpful to medical offices that have doctors who are either "On-call" for their office or are taking…

Missed Call Auto Text Message Alert
It would be great if we could get an alert when a missed call auto text is sent out. Phone calls get missed and then the auto text then goes out and sometimes the patient doesn't respond which causes it to go unnoticed sometimes. The goal is for the staff to call the missed call back asap but if they get busy and forget, I feel some of these calls do not get returned. Wondering if the sent auto text could go as unread with perhaps a missed call alert tag added as a quick place for staff to ensure…

Scheduling Override Messaging
There needs to be an option where Weave allows scheduling for holiday messages to come on and turn off on a specific date & time. There are other apps that I have used that allow for this. It is inconvenient to have to remember to turn the override message on and off. There have been times when you are so busy and hours later you realize that the phones are not ringing. Please add this feature as soon as possible. Thank you!
