  1. Ability to remove queued reminders when patients cancel

    We need a a way to delete queued reminder texts so that they do not send to patients who have cancelled their appointment.
    This has happened multiple times to clients who have called before the texts have gone out to cancel their appointments and today it sent a reminder to a patient who had cancelled their appointment as they had to make the difficult decision to euthanize their pet. THIS IS NOT OK!!! If we are able to remove the reminder text from the queue ourselves before it is sent out, we can side step this issue and not frustrate…

  2. Ability to limit shared voicemail boxes to certain extensions

    Currently the only option for a shared voicemailbox is to share with "everyone". It would be very, very helpful to have the ability to share with only certain users.

  3. List of upcoming appt reminders

    It would be great if we could see a list of upcoming appt reminders that are scheduled to be sent out (like we can see the previous and current day). I had issues with reminders not being sent, I think it is now fixed (with the help of a great weave agent!) but I wanted to be able to verify by looking ahead at the messages that would be sent out for the following week and it is not currently a possibility.

  4. Parked/Personal Calls Reminders

    A feature that would be helpful in the Weave Portal is if, instead of just the Park Ringback, there was an option to set a reminder sound for parked and personal holds that notifies just the device that put the call on hold. It would be really nice if we could pick what the sound was (short, relatively quick sound that plays once every x minutes/seconds). Example: User puts caller on hold. User forgets about call. After x minutes, just that phone beeps twice, to be repeated again in x minutes. This helps remind the user of their hold without…

  5. The ability to block reminder messages if/when needed

    It would be great if we were able to block appt reminders if/when needed. Example: Our schedule is set up so that each appt is scheduled at a specific time but sometimes we need our patients to come early for testing or later for various reasons so when the reminder goes out it gives them an incorrect time. It would be nice to be able to block those auto reminders and manually send to those patients.

  6. Weave online scheduling function to support staggered schedule

    If the online schedule feature could support a staggered schedule or differentiating schedule from day to day or week to week that would be great. For instance: we schedule apts every 30 minutes, but they last 40 minutes - this is not easy to work around with the current functionality.

  9. When a patient has chargeback dispute - call the office instead of relying on an email that never got delivered.

    When a patient has chargeback dispute - call the office if you didn't receive a response instead of relying on an email that never got delivered. We never received email and now we are past the time frame for a dispute. We now have to take patient to small claims court.

  10. Report of appointment confirmations via email

    There needs to be a report or form of confirmation from emailed appointment reminders. We get a report of emails sent or failed but not confirmed. At the moment we are unable to see who confirms their appointments via email. We are quite a few elderly patients that refuse the text appointment reminder option.

  14. Take off the view of total $ collected for the year under invoices and payments (staff doe not need to see that # every time they log in)

    Changing the view of Invoices and Payments. Staff should be able to see day of, day before and maybe even week before, but they don't need to see total processed and net each time they log in. Especially, if patient walks by while they are balancing day sheet. That total # is not needed on the main screen. Thank you!

  15. Make your online scheduling unbeatable!

    We have three doctors with three different schedules. All appointments are set in 10 min intervals and our office will allow multiple appt types in the same time slot. Everything should be customizable by time/Dr and appointment type. For example each appointment type should have a Mon-Fri (or Sun-Sat) tab with every time slot listed and check off the available appt times for each appointment type for each day. That way we can fully customize the individual Dr's day and appointment types.

    Hi, it would be absolutely fantastic if our office could receive the second payment terminal that was discussed and agreed to during our contracting with Weave. I've been trying to have this terminal sent to us since our onboarding in February, with no luck. The Weave salesman, Trevor, was persistent in trying to get us to sign up with Weave and now he is not returning my calls or emails.   18. Ability to change the position of soft keys on Yealink phones

    By default, the Yealink phones (at least with Weave) have the 'DND' button in the same position as the 'End Call' button. In addition, after requesting paging to be enabled on our system, this is instead taken up by the 'Paging' button. In both cases, whenever someone ends a call before you have a chance to press 'End Call', this results in accidentally putting the phones on do not disturb or paging all the phones at your location.

  20. Add automated message for receiving uncut lenses

    Our office also has a small lab which allows us to order uncut lenses. We have created a template to send to patients when we select that their uncuts have arrived. Similar to the automated messages that get sent out for glasses and contacts, it would be nice to have an automated text sent out instead of having to go into the portal to send the message.
