  2. I would like to be able to have more than one photo in an email for marketing purposes.

    Allow for more than one placeholder for photos, I am considering the Banner a placeholder. Many times an additional photo is really needed for email marketing whether it be before/after photos or simple more than one photo.

  3. emailing campaign

    Allow multiple insurance companies exclusion on the email campaign filters. It is set up to allow 2 insurance exclusion filters.

    I need 25 insurance companies to be filtered out for my office. My canton office has 100s of insurance companies in its database. It is time consuming to make a filter for each company.

  4. Include a way to add patient's name to the mass emails

    Patient's name need to be in the mass email somehow instead of just a blank email not addressing anyone directly. Solution reach have this ability.
    There also needs to be a button for patients to click to text us, click to call or email us instead of just linking to another website.

    Within the custom email allow user to create as many call to action fields as they would like and rearrange the design and order.

  6. Better Audience segmentation for email campaigns

    For the email filters, I would need more than just an age requirement. Please add appointment day, appointment type, specific level, and active patients only

    For making a new email campaign in Marketing in the Admin Portal, would you be able to make a bigger box for uploading my own jpeg? When I try to make my jpeg image fit in the box, it comes out too small in the email message.

  9. Marketing Feedback - better multi-office usability

    The Marketing section needs work. I'm not sure if this issue is only happening on my end, but the entire platform is very slow. Uploading graphics is a nightmare. For whatever reason, graphics are pushed to the left, making the email look bad. It would not let me center the graphics. Next, we recently added a new location to our weave dashboard and I just sent out an email campaign for the first time under that location. I had no option to customize any of the text, meaning I could not bold anything, use bullet points, align anything. Those options…

  10. email marketing needs more customization options

    We REALLY need better email/ marketing emails for our patients. It was expressed to us that the email would go through an upgrade but it has been the same since we started with the service. At the very least there should be 1 for each month, for each type of business (dental/optometry,etc...) This is a HUGE downfall of Weave and has been a stopping point of colleagues.Other than that we love the software!!! (i hate that we have to think of another software to be able to send professional looking emails
