  1. Add insurance verification for optometry offices for use with Revolution EHR

    It appears insurance verification is currently available for dental offices only. Our optometry office files both vision and medical insurance, depending on the diagnosis, and this would be a very helpful feature.

  3. Company Specific Roles

    would be nice for other roles aside from admin to have access to the analytics as we limit who has admin access due to being able to change so much on the back end. it would be even more functional if we could create our own roles for the needs/functions for each role within the company. having to go in and click on several difference roles for each member is redundant and time consuming. especially once there is a new office to add I have to go in and re-select each of them again.

  4. Opted out texts/ bad numbers show up in Actionable texts

    In the past, if someone had a bad number or had opted out of texts, Weave would red flag them and put them in the Actionable category, letting us clear them when needed. Apparently, that is not an option anymore and we really relied on that, and it also is a much easier option than checking online every day- We are a busy office, and we need things as quick and efficient as they can be.

  5. More Time Early Options

    I love that they changed the "time early" filter for automated reminders from only 15mins to now you can choose 15,30,45,60. My problem is that I need a 20min option!

  6. Insurance Verifications

    I run these 1 week prior to their appointment. Once they have been run I am unable to reverify the next month. Because plans can terminate at any point, we should be able to rerun these reports anytime. Please find a way to clear these every month so we can check them every time they come in and not show active, when they are really Inactive because it was ran months ago.

  7. Bulk Messaging should default to Active Pts ONLY

    Sent my first bulk message, via text. I had support on the phone to make sure I was doing it correctly. Last thing I would want is to make recipients mad. Sent nearly 7000 messages, Weave Rep said it looked good. Come to find out, Bulk Messages include Archived patients. Weave, please understand that most offices communicate with active patients regularly. I cannot think of many, if any, where an office would like to send messages to Archived patients seeing as Archived patients are an aggregate of deceased members, collections accounts, families that have relocated out of the area, and/or…

  9. Unlimited Email Campaigns

    Working Professionals utilize emails more than text marketing is about communications and having as much bandwidth to communicate with our patients. In order to provide updates or reach out to patients who may have lost an item and we cannot identify who it belongs to we should also be able to filter by appointment date. In addition we should be able to send campaigns to associating practices to inform them of updates we have made to our practice etc..

  11. Have text payments post the day the patient pays instead of when the invoice was sent.

    Payments:
    This is very not user friendly. May you create a way to have my text payments post on the day the patient pays instead of the day I sent the invoice. This is very annoying.

  12. Maximum Age for Emails

    We are having Cookies with Santa in December and wanted to send an email to our pediatric patients, ages 12 and under. Unfortunately, I can create an email with a minimum age requirement, which won't help, but I can't create an email with a maximum age, which would make our invitation to Cookies with Santa so much easier to create.

    There needs to be better options for media. Our messages sound perfect when played from the media library on our phones and computer. However when you call and listen to the voicemail is not nearly as crisp. It sounds almost slightly scratchy/muffled.

  14. Note should not be mandatory in the patient schedule and I should have the ability to edit the field.

    Note should not be mandatory in the schedule link and our office should have the ability to edit the field. Some patients don't have anything to say and will be confused when trying to schedule an appointment because they don't want to leave a message for us.

  15. Export Patients/Clients with Text Message Tag

    When you add a tag to a message, to be able to export a list on Patient/Clients would allow more use of the tags. For example we used a tag for patients that RSVP to our event. Now we would like a list of patients that RSVP with phone number and email address. Now we have to write down every patient and their contact info rather than exporting a Massage Tag list. Now with the use of bulk messages this has become imposable.

  17. Suspend Recall Reminders

    For veterinary hospitals using Weave: We use AVImark as our PMS and have the ability to suspend all reminders (appts and recall) in the system. However, we had a client text us complaining that she’s still getting text reminders even though we suspected the reminders in her account. Weave Support says that for recall reminders, there currently isn’t a way for Weave to recognize that they have been suspended in AVImark as most other medical facilities (dental, medical) don’t have this capability in their PMS.   20. 10 DLC dropdown option does not include dental

    When submitting 10DLC, there is not an option to allow the office to choose the option of dental instead of healthcare. This has never been an option and the office would like it to be an option. I let the office know I would submit a feature request.
