    If a patient is a NO-SHOW and we click MISSED (10 minutes or more after his scheduled appointment), don't send him an automated REVIEW text, he wasn't here!

  3. Limiting User Permissions based on Services (Fax,SMS,Phone, ETC)

    As a company we would really like to use the Weave's Fax system but we cannot have all of our weave users have access to our faxes.

    We would like to have the ability to choose which users have access to the Fax system. Some of our users only need phone services other users only need access to the Fax side of weave. At this time there is no way to control our users access to features.

    We will unfortunately have to pay for an extra service without the admin controls to limit user permissions.

  4. Date of appointment next to patient's name when intake is submitted

    Having the date of their appointment next to a patient's name when the intake has been submitted would greatly help us know which ones are priority for entering and saving their information.

  6. web admin portal "scheduling->manage providers" should filter entries

    I use Weave with OfficeMate integration. Officemate differntiates 'staff' from 'provider', and for people who are no longer with the company, allows me to set them as 'inactive'. Users cannot be deleted, as the audit trail needs to keep them around.

    So we have 5 active employees, 1 active provider. But the admin portal list shows > 70 entries, from prior employees.

    The Weave desktop app properly only shows active users. Only the web portal section is broken.

    This list should be filtered, minimally, based on if a resource is marked 'active'. Ideally the list should be filtered to only…

  7. listen to calls

    Have another type of user permission called "listen to calls" for clinical staff. They need to listen to calls sometimes to use for making notes about calls in our call communication log.

    It would be nice to allow clinical team to listen without giving full admin permissions.

    Project currently in development for a log of user actions. 

  10. call blocking order

    I block spam numbers on Weave Portal from time to time. When I click on "Date Blocked" to see the list of the blocked calls that I entered by dates, it shows the list in Alphabetical order of the month, instead of the chronological order. So April 2022, Aug 2021, Aug 2022, Dec 2021, Feb 2022, Jan 2022, etc. Please correct this so it shows the list properly in the order of the dates.

    It would be great if admins could have a report of all team chat messages sent/received by all team members. Just for liability and policy purposes so employees aren't collecting screenshots to send to management/owners.

If there was a certain template we could set for each, that would be even better. We are excited to work with weave and this is the only issue we have had switching over.

  13. Appointment Type Filters by procedure code, not tooth number AND procedure code

    When creating new filters for email marketing, it would be more beneficial to filter appointment types by procedure code, instead of grouping procedures together by tooth number. Also having the option to select multiple procedure codes for filtering appointment types would be much more useful and direct email marketing.

  14. I would like to be able to have more than one photo in an email for marketing purposes.

    Allow for more than one placeholder for photos, I am considering the Banner a placeholder. Many times an additional photo is really needed for email marketing whether it be before/after photos or simple more than one photo.

  15. Review requests should be customizable like on Lighthouse 360

    Right now it's either all or nothing-you send out no reviews automatically or everyone gets a review request. We should be able to customize these to go out based on appointment type, and should be able to remove people from the queue. Lighthouse allowed us to customize based on email type, gmail users got directed to google, ymail to yelp, etc. No end users should want reviews to go out until the patient has finished treatment at their office, so after either surgery or post-op appointments, not after consultation appointments.

  16. Fax coversheets should have HIPAA language automatically embedded

    For HIPAA reasons, cover sheets should have the language attached embedded. This needs to be an available feature. We shouldn’t have to manually copy and paste each time we send a fax.:

    Allow multiple insurance companies exclusion on the email campaign filters. It is set up to allow 2 insurance exclusion filters.

    I need 25 insurance companies to be filtered out for my office. My canton office has 100s of insurance companies in its database. It is time consuming to make a filter for each company.

  18. Notify me when a patient has completed online paperwork

    We text and also email the link for patients to update information. Once they complete that form it would be great to receive a notification that a patient has completed their paperwork. At this time, I have to check the website multiple times throughout the day. (Just an idea, but it would be great to receive an email once a patient has done it, no specifics but letting us know to check weave dashboard, or a simple notification on the weave portal) Thanks! This would be a great option and very helpful to everyone that uses weave.

  19. Include a way to add patient's name to the mass emails

    Patient's name need to be in the mass email somehow instead of just a blank email not addressing anyone directly. Solution reach have this ability.
    There also needs to be a button for patients to click to text us, click to call or email us instead of just linking to another website.

  20. A way to track which missed calls you have called back

    In the Admin Portal you can see the call records and filter by abandoned and missed calls, but we would love to see a feature where we can track the missed calls that we have reached back out to. Maybe adding a checkbox column.
