Manual Payment Screen
The Manual Payment option is no longer user friendly. It no longer moves to the next field when one is completed and it is difficult to scroll down to the next field if it is not visible. These sound like petty complaints, but it really slows down processing the payment

Notify all users when there is a problem with integration
I just called to find out why my text reminders weren't working and the agent told me there's a known issue between Cloud9 and Weave that's been going on for a week. Next time it would be nice if all Cloud9 users received an email about this so we know to send manual reminders. Our patients rely heavily on those. It seems like a good idea for Weave to be proactive if it's a known issue rather than waiting for us to figure out there's a problem.

Would love a patient leads list and current patient list.
Would like to keep track of those people who have called interested in our practice and then a current patients list as we need to continue communication with them. We contract with employers and need to be able to keep track of our communications with leads and potential larger business as a concierge and direct primary care model.

Physical Therapy PMS not in drop down menu for integration
We are a Physical Therapy practice We use Prompt EMR for our PMS. I am in the Weave Training Week and was excited to integrate our PMS to Weave. Well, now I cannot because Prompt EMR is not on the drop down menu to integrate. I would like to have this feature. Thank you. Susan R.

Reports for Email Marketing Campaigns.
Hello! I have a customer who would like to be able to print of reports of who email marketing campaigns go out to after they are sent so they can make sure they went to the right individuals.

Autofill insurance verification report into patient account
Please add the ability for when insurance verification is performed the insurance information such as allowed, payment by code, performed services and dates, etc. all be auto-filled into the patient's account in Open Dental. Currently after we run the report we have to manually add the information. Thank you.

SMS Queue view for Google Review
When looking at the SMS queue in the portal, there is no option to view queue for automated Google Reviews.

Weave Payments Combining Payouts
We have had many issues since switching to Weave Payments in 2022, but the combining of multiple business days into one payout is one that we continue to hear about from our accountant. Is it not possible to transmit a single payout for each business day, regarless of bank holidays or days when Weave offices are closed for a holiday? The reporting feature already leaves something to be desired, but this makes it additionally challenging to reconcile "cleanly." Fingers crossed this can be addressed and fixed quickly!

ticketing system to improve patient communication and satisfaction
In customer support, weave employees utilize a customer service software called zendesk to track, prioritize, and solve customer tickets. However, this is not currently compatible with Weave software. It'd be great to have a better, more centralized system that integrates with Weave to track all touch points from a pt (phone, text, email, etc).

Email Filter by Appointment Type "field" in Dentrix and NOT Description field
Email Filter by "pick list" in Dentrix of "Appointment Type" and not use the "description filed". Currently, Weave filters "appointment types" by gathering the data in the description field. Which is not helpful since staff type whatever characters they wish in this field and it doesn't have any standardized setting. Therefore, Weave needs to "capture" the Appointment type field in Dentrix instead which our office has four items to select from in the drop down menu in Dentrix: High Production, Moderate or Medium Production, Low Production and General Production. Weave Payment Terminal Settlement
With our old terminal, we would settle at the end of the day and it would print a receipt with the totals from Mastercard, Visa, etc. Then, we would use those totals to enter into our practice management to reconcile. I would like to be able to produce a similar report through Weave payments instead of having to manually calculate the totals paid with Visa, Mastercard, etc.

I have a customer who finds the address for the portal to be confusing because it says "app" instead of "portal" they are requesting that we update the website's address to include portal instead of app.

Date of appointment next to patient's name when intake is submitted
Having the date of their appointment next to a patient's name when the intake has been submitted would greatly help us know which ones are priority for entering and saving their information.

web admin portal "scheduling->manage providers" should filter entries
I use Weave with OfficeMate integration. Officemate differntiates 'staff' from 'provider', and for people who are no longer with the company, allows me to set them as 'inactive'. Users cannot be deleted, as the audit trail needs to keep them around.
So we have 5 active employees, 1 active provider. But the admin portal list shows > 70 entries, from prior employees.
The Weave desktop app properly only shows active users. Only the web portal section is broken.
This list should be filtered, minimally, based on if a resource is marked 'active'. Ideally the list should be filtered to only…

call blocking order
I block spam numbers on Weave Portal from time to time. When I click on "Date Blocked" to see the list of the blocked calls that I entered by dates, it shows the list in Alphabetical order of the month, instead of the chronological order. So April 2022, Aug 2021, Aug 2022, Dec 2021, Feb 2022, Jan 2022, etc. Please correct this so it shows the list properly in the order of the dates.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Offer SEO - many other companies offer search engine optimization. Since Weave already offers the social media and review side having this feature wouldn't require us to use a whole other company for just this one feature.
