Under Messaging - Templates
It's something small but when you are looking to add multiple or checking your templates the list is random and you have to click on Template to sort Ascending or Descending every time to put them in alphabetical order to find the template you want. Why doesn't it just stick? The less we have to click, the more efficient we can be.

Export Overdue Patient List
I think it would be very helpful and beneficial to be able to export the "Overdue Patients" list from the Weave App onto the Weave website portal to be able to easily look up and tell when they are due for appointments. Also, it would be even better to be able to bulk text that exported list on the Weave website to better reach those overdue patients and get them scheduled.

New Weave Experience NWX
We have Eaglesoft and we put the patients name of insurance in the preferred name box. That is what is showing up under NWX as the patients first name. We use the "preferred name" box in Eaglesoft as a quick reference guide to see what ins the patient has. We need to be able to see the patients first and last name when searching through weave instead of the preferred name

Edit CSV customers on the app.
There need to be a way to edit CSV customers on the app. It should not be difficult to edit a customer. We have over 500 patients that are CSV. I should not have to go into an excel file and change the details every time something changes with one of my patients. Please Fix this ASAP!

Text YouTube links to clients
Our clinic has produced a series of YouTube videos in-house demonstrating how to perform basic after-care tasks at home, ie how to pill a cat/dog, administering liquid medications, transdermals on cats, etc. We need the ability to text links to our YouTube videos to our clients in Weave.

Categorized Form Uploads to Dentrix
We’ve noticed a major friction point with the Dentrix integration: when forms are submitted by patients through Weave, they all populate in the Patient Document Center under a single category labeled “Weave Forms.” Unfortunately, this generic folder doesn’t distinguish between form types like Health History, Insurance, or Consent.
This is creating more work for our team, not less — as we have to manually open, rename, and refile forms to stay organized. That defeats the whole purpose of automation.

Insurance verification
when clicking on the "check insurance" button under schedule, please show the insurance verification status, ie. Active, Inactive, Self Pay, or Unknown to the right of the patient's name instead of "Completed".
It currently reflecs the same information that shows under the "appointment" button which is not needed for insurance infomation.2 votes -
Add "Pet Name" and "Pets' Names" tags back to the manual template options in the new Weave app
Currently, the 'Pet Name' and 'Pets' Names' tags are available in the legacy app but not in the new app. When importing templates that include these tags, the new app replaces them with plain-text '{petname}' or '{pets'names},' requiring staff to manually correct them before sending texts. Unfortunately, this step is sometimes overlooked, which can be embarrassing for the practice.
With Weave planning to discontinue the legacy app soon, it's essential that this functionality be added to the new app to prevent inconvenience for all veterinary clients.

Manual Templates: Data Field - Bring back Appointment Date/Time Field
We had old templates created with the data field for a patient's appt date and time. When we imported these templates from the Legacy version, that template no longer works properly due the the {appt_datetime} data field no longer being available. Please bring this back so that we can use the app in a more efficient manner. Thank you.

Set an automatic logout of a user when the app has been left idle for a set amount of time
We have an issue with users responding to text messages and answering phone calls under a different user's account as there are no assigned seating/work spaces in our hospital. This leads to confusion when a user is logged in, but someone else is responding to a text or answering a phone call. If I could set an automatic logout when the app has been idle for 3-5 minutes, this would help alleviate a good amount of the problem.

Sidebar
Can we somehow customize the left handed sidebar. For example, I want to put the patients tab higher up as I do not use payment forms facts. Is that possible?? Thank you!

FUSE operatory rooms shown instead of providers
On our PMS (FUSE) we have our schedule set up by room/operatories however when this is then synced over to Weave it only shows the providers.
Our operatories are specific to the appointment type where as the providers do multiple types of procedures.
Having only the providers viewable also is an issue because all of our current and past employees show up as a "provider" causing confusion.
This then makes the Weave schedule look messy and unorganized making it so our team isn't wanting to use the schedule to its full potential.Main point: Having the option to view as…

Reply option on messages
It would be very helpful to have a reply option on each message as replies get lost in the shuffle of messages. If there is already a way to do this, I haven't found it.

Office hours don't update the phone trees
We're having different hours due to a temporary construction project. I used the new weave app to update our office hours, but the phones didn't change. I needed to log into the legacy app to make the change. I'm fine doing that if I need to, but that need to be taken into account before discontinuing access.

Phone call reporting
I would like to be able to run a report for certain phone lines dialed in a phone call. We have our new patients push option 2 to get to the front desk. I would love to see how many patients pressed option 2 that month to see how many new patients are calling in vs how many we have gotten scheduled.

Why are there so many clicks to get to the payment screen with the new weave app? The old version worked just fine!!!!
