admin control over message signatures
I want to be able to turn on a signature that all users must use. Many users don't use a signature because they can not be bothered to learn to set one up. I want to be able to set a default office signature that everyone has to use unless they set a different option up.

Excel Report for Reminder prompts
Can we get access to a report that shows all the reminders for vaccines and appointments needed for our client? Like an excel spreadsheet op

a text widget like unread voicemails would be great!
Please add a widget to the dashboard that will allow incoming texts to be seen like the unread voicemails are :)

Ability to turn off or customize "Schedule Now" button on emailed recall reminders
Weave's current email auto messages lack the ability to customize much in their templates. Ideally if we cannot gain full control over the appearance and function of email templates it would be helpful if we could toggle on or off the "Schedule Appointment" button, a lot of offices do not use Weave's appointment request feature as we already have existing online scheduling functionality that could be connected to Weave if emails were made more customizable.

Insurance Verification Dolphin Management 11.4
Right now Dolphin Management 11.4 doesn't sync up and autopopulate the information for insurance verification in Weave desktop app. This results in no real added benefit compared to using our previous insurance verification portal. It doesn't make sense to pay for this service when our other portal is included in our claims submission. The whole point of me switching to Weave for insurance verification is because I was told it integrates with Dolphin.

Open up automatic insurance verification for Dolphin Management 11.4 and newer

Fax Needs Print Preview for Outgoing Faxes
The legacy app had the option to preview and print outgoing faxes. We need the new app to continue with this function. Can you help? Thanks!!

Please enable more team chat notification sound settings.
The legacy app had a different sound for a direct message versus a group message. I would love that to be an option again or set specific sounds for specific chats. We miss a lot of notifications since migrating to the new weave as we can't tell if its a group msg or direct. We actually missed a lot because there was no warning that the sound would automatically be set to off and just learned today that we can change that.

Need to Add Follow Up Reminders
In the Legacy App, we utilized the follow-up reminders daily in our office. Please bring it back!

Good news – this feature is not gone forever. It's under some heavy construction so we can give you something even better. We will soon be releasing our Task Center, which will allow you to do everything you could with follow-ups and more, such as assigning tasks, adding comments, setting due dates, adding a description, and beyond.

payment plans
We have an in office membership plan and there is no way for us to charge just the monthly membership fee. We end up creating a 3 year amount, and it's divided so the monthly charge is correct. Having the option to just have a recurring charge until we cancel would be so helpful.
Also on that end, if the patients charge does not come out (insufficient funds, etc.), it should not PAUSE the plan, but either try again, or continue the next month. It's so difficult to resume a "paused plan".

Search patient by last, first name
We need the option to search patient by first few letters of last name and first name like we have in the past. It is not time effective to type out complete names to find someone. I can enter Miller and get several hundred patients to choose from but to just type Mil,Ste to find Steven would be nice. Thanks!

Booking Site URL Redirect Option and/or Google Analytics Integration for Conversion Tracking Purposes
I am trying to figure out how to track the Booking Site appointments that are scheduled as a conversion in my Google Ads account. Would it be possible to set up a way to add a redirect link back to our company website once the booking form has been completed so that the event can be tracked on our website?
If the redirect isn't an option, possibly a direct API integration with Google Analytics would work instead. This would be a huge win for are marketing and reporting!

contact list for email campaign
we are using email campaigns and would love to be able to enter recipients individually like we can with bulk texts, or to be able to select patients individually, rather than uploading a csv or using the create segment option, as the filters provided do not always match the needs we have.

Search for tags within calls - not just voicemail
Would like to be able to sort CALLS by tags - just like VOICEMAILS can be. For instance - I can tag calls to review with staff. Would make the process easier.

The ability to recognize new patients in Dentrix before they are activated
It would be nice if Weave could pull all new patients added in the software regardless of if they have been activated. We prefer to not activate the patient until they arrive, so we are not adding active patients to our count if they never actually become establish. If not active in software they can not be pulled up in Weave at all.

Reminder for overdue appointments is not working properly
The system is not configured properly. Please see message string below. This patient was in for a dental cleaning on 3/31/25. On 4/2/25 she gets a message saying she is overdue for an appointment. It is embarrassing for us and makes it look like we are not on top of things.

Schedule in new version far inferior to legacy version
We became Weave customers 6 years ago, one of the main features that got us to switch from our previous company was the schedule. The legacy schedule showed me which patient was scheduled with which provider. If I have a hygienist call in sick, I could immediately start calling her patients from home to cancel them, without having to go to the office. If we had a patient call or message over the weekend or in the evening with an issue, I could see where my doctors may have an opening to let that patient know right then when they…

Balancing Payments from Weave is not accurate
Amount processed on top line of screen, does not match the itemized payments listed below (Screen shots included). The top line states a dollar amount processed. I've totaled the actual payments on the excel spreadsheet imported directly from Weave and the total does not match making it impossible to ensure payments are entered into our system properly. When speaking with support, I've been told that it can take up to 24 hours to deposit--this is not my issue. I'm not concerned about the deposit at this time (though maybe I should be), I'm concerned about not being able to ensure…

For OVERRIDES, there should absolutely be the option to send to a phone tree (not just a voice mail or forwarding number).
I don't know how this isn't already possible, but you should be able to forward the call to a phone tree you have set up for vacations or holidays. Why do they have a sophisticated setup for everyday calls, but when you are away there are only two options which aren't so great?
