  1. Confirming future dates from the dashboard

    We would like to be able to confirm from the Weave app for next day or two days in advance under the Confirmation Status widget on the dashboard. Most offices confirm the day before and the Weave app only allows you to confirm the day of.

  2. Email Campaign Recipient Names

    In the new weave app, offices are unable to see the recipient names after filtering the audience segment for email campaigns. They would like to see who the email will send out to, in the same way you can see the recipient names when sending out the text campaigns. Please make this available as it is important for them to see who the email campaign will be received by when creating the email campaign before sending it out.

  3. Multiple Overrides Needed

    It would be very helpful to be able to set multiple future overrides for dates our office is not open. For example, we are only open every other Saturday, so we have to remember to change the office hours every other week and for holidays. Other phone systems allow for scheduling of future overrides. Having only one override is not sufficient.

  4. Need a lower level permission in the new App or better manage of all Permissions

    The New App allows a user to do a LOT of things, even if you set such user as Team Member.
    This may allow anyone to send massive text campains withou supervision.
    Imagine a disgruntled employee leaving a nasty text or email campaign before leaving...!!
    All permissions should be customizable or you should create a super basic team member level that only allow send and receive single texts and perhaps to requests payments

  5. Text Campaign

    Customer needs to be able to add more to the text template for. It's limited to 132 characters, and we think it should be increased to at least 500 minimum, so feel free to add more characters. Thank you!

  6. Email Notification for Specific Forms Completed to Certain Users

    I would love to see an automated email sent out if selected to a user who needs notification that a certain form has been completed and is sitting in inbox. The top right notifications disappear and my staff has to constantly check inbox for benefit verifications. I would love to see an options where an email notified for certain forms if we want to the people in our organization who needed to know so they could take faster action.

    Allow the letter "A" to be a valid confirmation response when confirming appointment. Many patients respond with this letter and the system does not recognize it.

    On the patient overview it indicates the appointment status but does not show the time of the appointment. Looking at the schedule is not user friendly. I suggest minimizing to see the entire day.

  12. Kiosk Mode scheduled patients/forms

    Previously when being able to go to weave.forms.com, when we would pull it up to have our patients fill out their forms as they come in using our IPads, it had just a list of the patinets on the schedule for that day and it made it very quick to click the patient name and form we needed them to fill out. Now, it has a random list of the same people everyday, even some that are inactive and its not the lsit of who is on the schedule. So now we have to search the patient first and last…

  14. Forms

    Please bring back the old forms, now it is hard to refresh and lagging to send forms, you are trying to put everything together in one app and it DOES NOT WORK WELL!!!! Every time I need to review any form I have to keep refreshing the screen and having to wait for Everything to load, when all I need is the forms. Slowing workflow.

  15. Spoken language

    I know that Weave offers text in Spanish but it would be great to have some other languages. Many of our patients speak Russian as well as Chinese and Vietnamese. We are working with Crystal PM to see if they can provide us with an area to select a specific language and then if Weave could pull from that it would be amazing! Thank you for your help.

    Allow all texts to be directly saved into the patient chart under comments so there is a record of the text messages in the chart

  17. Call Pop improvement

    When we get a call pop it would be nice to click on the patient name and then have it open the patient chart in Open Dental.

  18. Payments

    If a request is sent but the payment is made on date other then the day it was sent, the payment needs to show up on the day the payment was made, not on the day the request was created like it does now. Having to put in a past date to see payments made on multiple dates doesn't make sense, it should show up on the date it was paid.

    My practice management system is Modernizing Medicine (ModMed). We are trying to fix the recall issue between ModMed and Weave.
