Reminder cut-off times
We have had several patients complain that our reminder text messages are going out at 10:45 PM (HST) or later. Per Weave chat support, there is not currently a way to set cut-off times. I think that cut-off times would be a useful feature, hoping that this is something we can roll out very quickly as this has been causing patient impact.

School Excuse Texts
It would be great to send an automatic or manual text to patients after they are dismissed that can be used as a school/work excuse for the patient's appointment. Ex: Patient Name was seen at Blank Office today for an appointment. Please excuse Name from school/work.

Previous text message
Please allow previous text messages to be viewed as now, since the new update, we can no longer see previous texts unless we send a new one to the patient.

Removing Tag automatically once a text message conversation has been marked complete
It would be very helpful to have the tag that we assign to a patient's text message conversation removed automatically at the end of each conversation because it won't always be the same TAG for that patient and it gets confusing to know whether something is really for a particular person or not

Text templates
Love the Text Templates! We use them to answer common ? and send out daily details to parents. It would be nice if the text templates were alphabetized by their title. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how the filter in and waste time trying to locate the exact one we want to use.

Be able to text new caller
I would like to be able to text callers who call the office but they are not in the database.

Appointment Time Change Message
It would be nice to have a feature where, when an appointment's time or date get updated to a new time or date, the patient receives a save the date with the new date and time (and a custom message). So basically just a different save the date triggered off of a date/time change.

Text writebacks
Allow simple copy, paste or print of a text conversation string to place in patient records.

Prioritizing earliest appointment times for confirmation texts
Please create a feature in the software that allows if a patient has more then 1 appointment in a day, albeit with multiple providers, that the EARLIEST appt. time will get the reminder text.
In the past we haven't had any issues with this, however, this week, a patient had an 8 am with a hygienist, then a 9 am with the dentist. He only received a reminder of the later 9 am appointment with the dentist.
He expected to see both, however, was extremely upset when he arrived and was told he had "missed his appointment time with the…

The notification bar after tagging for area
The Tag saying "Successfully tagged" pops up... over the back arrow.
It takes too long to go away and you can't continue to the next task until it does. it needs to be faster or shorter to give us option to go to the next tag message.I have Zero time to wait for something like that. It makes tagging less effective for it takes to long to move on, so no one wants to use function.

Texting pictures
Being able to copy and past images from weave is no longer there. We would love to see it for our office again, it would make it so much easier!

Enable Manual Texting for Home Number
We like to put patient's cell phone numbers in the Home Phone field when they don't want to receive automated texts. We have always had the ability to send a "manual text" by typing in the phone number in Weave, however. Now that you changed it to give a "this is not a mobile phone " message, we are UNABLE to send any manual texts unless the phone number is in the home phone slot. A simple fix would be to have the message pop up, for a warning, but not actually disable you from sending. Please fix.

Export Text Conversations
A way to export a whole text conversation would be great! For our business, sometimes we need to provide these to the court, and having a simple way to compile and save a conversation would save SO much time and energy.

Options for wording on Missed Call Text based on office hours
Options for different missed call text wording based on time of day or "schedule" on phone system (closed for lunch or training or weekend, etc).
4 votesThis was released in December 2023! Go to Portal > Messaging > Auto-Messaging > Missed Call > use the Office Status filter. The filter options will update based on your Office Hours in Weave.

Select ALL Messages
We need to have a SELECT ALL button for the messages. We do not have time to sit and click thru all of our messages to delete. WE ARE MISSING VITAL messages from our patients. PLEASE MAKE ASAP.

Opt out issue
When a patient opts out of texting by STOP, then Weave needs to No longer send them the missed call text when they miss a call. I have several patients that keep saying STOP every time we miss their call and it automatically sends the missed call text. They don't like that.

Patient Communication Preferences
As a long time, former Solution Reach client, the number 1 request we want is the ability to see our patients' communication preferences for text and email. We need to be able to disable either or since patients have already communicated to us their preference. This would be SUPER helpful.
Also, allowing us to customize our Auto Reminder email content on our own (without having to call support) with the ability to send test emails to ourselves would be help.

Notifications For Failed Texts
Too many times have I been texting patients for various reasons, but then we'll get a call a week or so later from a patient saying "You never texted me". Turns out, the text failed and we didn't know it! Would be great to have a popup (like we have for failed faxes) to let us know that a text didn't go through! That way, we can at least investigate the reason why it didn't or call the patient/find a different phone number/etc.
