Appointment scheduler showing scheduler dates which are marked "Schedule Exception" meaning not available in our OfficeMate. But the Weave scheduler portal is showing those dates as available for patients to request.

Ability to make notes on payments
We really need the option to make notes on payments, something just viewable by office staff and not the patient. Or, we need a way to be able to label payments (fee, balance, deductible payment, other - with the option to type a custom label).

The way Weave filters Operatories for Nextech EHR is causing a few places in mobile and desktop versions of Weave hard to use.

Message Tag for "Pre-Med"
When a patient responds to confirm their appointment, if they remind us that they need their premed in the same text, it automatically marks them as read and I don't see it. If there was a way to automatically tag anything that says "premed" from the patient, or not mark it as read if it says anything more than just confirming their appointment.

A payment portal that we can put on our website so patients can pay their bill anytime.
We are still holding on to our Rectangle Credit Card processing just so we have the portal on our website. If one company can do it, then all credit card processing should too. Thank you!

Icon showing Received Forms
We'd love to see an icon next to patient names showing that they have submitted forms. This would be similar to the icon showing that they have sent a message.

Provide access to client email preferences - similar to Text Communication Preferences
We would like to be able to see/edit email communication preferences the same way we can for text communication preferences. We would prefer that the email has more options than just an all or nothing opt out.
As an example, we have some clients that have horses stabled in a large facility where the manager handles their veterinary appointments. The owners have no need of recall or appointment reminders, but we still want them to get marketing emails. We would also need to be able to re-enable those clients should they choose to move their horses elsewhere. Thank you!

Wanting to be able to have tags automatically removed after a new message comes into a message thread. That way, they can tag according to the individual message instead of the entire message thread, as it would help with the organization and workflow for the office as they can get very busy and need to know if a specific employee is responding or not based on the tags.2 votes -

This office wants the reminders to show the dental hygienist in the text but when we use "service provider" it just shows the doctor. They could edit the PMS and replace the doctor with the dental hygienist in the schedule of the PMS but they want the option for both.2 votes -

The text to pay link just went through a major update and you now have to fill in the customer info before you get to the apple pay/google pay option. Cx would like apple pay at the top so that it will autofill the customer info with the apple pay info like it did in the previous version of the link.
