  1. VMO/Forward Toggle (Fast Overrides)

    We want to have the VMO toggle brought back. It is very ineffective to constantly have to make a new override whenever we want to put the phones going straight to voicemail for lunches. We have our lunches at different times. Bring this feature back.

    CHANGE the email template or text when sending specific forms (NOT REMINDERS)
    It appears we can edit our email and text templates when sending reminders however the function I am looking for is to change the email or text that is attached to sending specific FORMS (not reminders)

    For example: all forms say "we are looking forward to your upcoming visit"

    However, when I am sending "Record Release Forms" patients are not usually returning and I would like to personalize it saying "Please fill out these forms so we can release your records, etc etc"

  3. Quick Fill

    The legacy app has the option to put 3 time spots in that are available. the desktop app does not have that option. I need more than 1 spot sent out on those messages to offer the patients. I would prefer 4 spots and the option just like the old app too send 1,2 3 or 4 options if I have those available. Thank you

  4. Automated appointment reminders

    When a patient cancels an appointment within the time frame that an automated appointment reminder is to go out is there a way for that reminder to be stopped. For example: patient had an appointment on 11/14/24. Patient called on 11/13/24 to cancel that appointment and reschedule to another day. Patient received an text message on the morning of 11/14/24 to remind them of that appointment that was already canceled. This confuses patients and becomes an issue.

  5. Please arrange the people on quick fill by first added to last added

    I think the old system didn't have the peopl on the list in alphabetic order, but by last added at the bottom of the list. This way, we can offer open appointments to those on the list longest first.

  7. The Quick list should be the order you enter the patient

    so it would be nice if the quick list was in the order that the pt was put on the list. Alphabetical is not helpful at all when we are trying to be fair to our patients. I don't know why it was switched but now I have to create a paper list so we know who is next.

  8. Updating Communication Preferences

    It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

  9. More than one Override

    I would like to be able to build out our office hours to include all Holidays so setting an override isnt forgotten. I would think as many override options as possible with a start and end time for each or a calendar view that allows you to set/change hours.

  10. phone call log

    There needs to be an easier way to assign who does which phone calls. I have been told that whoever signed in last is marked as who is calling and I have been told that you have to go to the desktop portal and connect the user to the phone. My office has numerous employees who share 4 workspaces. This makes it really hard to track who is actually doing what. It should not default to the user who was last signed in or make the user relink the phone to us every time we use it. There should be…

  11. REMOVE ABILITY TO DELETE PATIENT TEXTS!! This is a dangerous capability for all business owners

    staff should NOT be allowed to delete messages they send!!! As a business owner I cannot audit mistakes and staff can hide patient interactions. It is astonishing that this exists and I have contacted Weave about this feature many times that was told it was in the works of being fixed....

    Quickfill needs to be more up to date with other products like Revuewell. The current quickfill is awful. An office should be able to click quickfill, select the date needed, write a text and then the system should allow you to auto populate your list based on your overdue list. I should not have to select manually add 115 people one at a time to have it send to all 0-6month overdue and then when I am done I have to manually delete all 115 one at a time.   13. Make so that there's an option to have call pop tied to the weave app instead of the user login in the new weave app

    In the old weave app call pop was not tied to a user's login. The phone was connected to the app on each computer and that was wonderful. We have 24 employees and employees use all the phones in the building. It's very time consuming to have to connect a phone every time a person logs in to weave. Is it possible to make so that there is an option in the new weave app to have call pop connect to the app and not the user?

  14. Schedule filtering

    The new Weave experience Schedule Is to convoluted all our patients end up on the Doctor Schedule only. I know this is an issue with How Weave pulls from Open dental but I liked the Way that the Legacy app would sort the Schedules. our Hyg schedules are always empty now since they only go in to the Dr Schedules on the new weave experience. and the Only work around I found make more work for our office to Do billing. this makes me even more Hesitant to ever Open online Scheduling for our office.

    the reason why bulk message is useful is for office to fill a LAST MIN. cancelled appointment but if we are unable to send right away, but need to schedule the bulk message to 1 hr later, it is not as useful. pleae allow offices to send bulk message right away with a click instead of schedule the bulk message for 30 min to 1 hr later. thanks.

  17. Add a message template widget to the small messaging option

    When you go to patients -> overdue -> message a little message thing pops up, but the only widgets on there is "emojis" and "add picture", we need the template option on there so we dont have to go all the way out of the patients tab to message the patient a template.
    On the attachment where the red circle is, we need that widget where the green circle is (in the other attachment). The template message widget on the small message we have to get out completely just to send a template which lose our spot in the overdue…
