  1. Move to Queue

    the ability to drag and drop appts to new dates and times where Weave can recognize that as a new appt and NOT text patients on the wrong date.

    Today we had a patient who we had cancelled but instead of cancelling, we moved the appt to queue and weave didnt recognize the reschedule and still texted the parent for the wrong date. It is almost impossible for us to actually cancel and then reenter the info into the curve appt.

  2. Payment link in test message

    Could a text to pay button be added to the text messaging screen? Like the ones for forms, templates and images? Would be a faster and more efficient way instead of having to get out of the message and go into payments to create the text.

  4. The option to change reminders language is completely gone.

    The patient profile had a gear icon on the top right corner which allowed for the language preference for reminders to be changed. The icon is now gone, and so is the option to change the patients preferred language. This occurred after the new update.

  5. Make faxes open full screen/bigger

    Faxes open very small and requires multiple clicks and window adjusting to be able to read, they should open to a normal PDF size.

  6. It would be great to be able have a note attached to a text thread

    It would be nice to add a note regarding the text. A tag is short and sweet, but it does not allow details. I do not find the note section in the contact list useful at all. I would put the note section in that spot where the three dots are. This is available for each texting thread and so the note would be attached to each texting thread instead of only the patient. I am pretty sure that other offices would love this feature.

  7. forms as out-of-visit option

    We utilize forms in a way that's not attached to a visit. This is only an issue in that it auto populates a message that never applies to our use case and we end up doing a lot of copying an pasting which leaves room for frustration at the least and an error at most. It would be nice to attach a specific form to a visit type or to allow the forms to stand alone. I see a use for both.

  8. every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes

    Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not.     Offices would love the ability to see which users have opened a text message so they might be able to track who failed to reply to an inbound text. It could show their initials or full name. Thank you!

    If a call is on hold (or parked), a blinking light would help our doctors and staff know which parking spot to pick up and would be a visual reminder that a client is waiting for our help.

  15. Autofill Names in forms

    Since you have to authenticate a patient with their name, phone number and birthday. It would be great that those fields be auto-filled in the forms, so the patient does not have to keep entering them on each form. I have made a packed for my new patients and each form in the packet requires name and date of birth to be entered manually. It would be great if these field would be filled automatically right after the authentication.

  16. Appointment reminders bypass All Messages/ Multi-Select to Archive

    We would utilize the appointment reminders more if there was an option for automatic reminders to not show up in the All Messages tab.

    Because Actionable messages sometimes get lost, we regularly check All Messages and Archive conversations that have been handled.
    When appointment reminders are sent for 160 patients, it really clogs up the All Messages tab. Especially since there isn't even an option to select multiple messages to archive.
    Having to go in individually to archive them is inefficient and time consuming for our workflow.

  17. Auto-Reminders Email Form Attachment

    In the auto-reminders, if we attach forms (Med HX, Covid screening, etc.) it is placed at the very very bottom of the email sent... Which makes it hard for our patients to know that they need this form done. Most patients do not scroll all the way down, but, up until they see the date and time of their appointment in the reminder. I wanted to see if it was possible to move the link/ button for the forms at the very top, whereas the date and time of appointment would be right after.

    When children are scheduled on the same day, it is only confirming one (I'm assuming this is because there isn't a family template for email reminders?), so it's creating more work for the front desk. They are hoping it can function like the SMS family reminders do.

    Vet office states that frequently owners of multiple animals will bring them all in on the same day for wellness visits and vaccines and has two pain points for the recall reminders going out to these customers.
    1. As the message is going on on the same day, only one patient is being notified of vaccines due.
    2. If multiple vaccines are due on the same visit, weave communication only pulls one vaccine…
