  1. Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!

    Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

  3. Offices would like to send out review requests on a schedule instead of after appointments

    Office is wanting to be able to send out mass texts of review request at a specific time each day instead of after appointments. Let them know we do not currently have this feature and offered to submit feedback.

  7. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

    Billing/statements: Having the ability to do monthly billing through Weave where the ledger of patients accounts link with the billing system through Weave. There would have to be an option to opt patients in and out of if they want to receive statements via online/email or text. So that we do not have to keep track of the patients that do not want that through a dictionary basically of each patient.     With the new forms addition, the function to edit the text/font would allow us to customize emails to make them look less like "Spam." We could use the company logo on the forms on the email as well to make the email more professional.

  14. Categorizing Automated E-mails

    Currently, I receive an e-mail anytime a payment is ran through Weave. I tried to unsubscribe to these, but if I do, then I don't get notified about any of my voicemails.
    The "payment received" e-mails are honestly clogging up my work e-mail, and making it hard for me to get other work done, but I really do need to be notified if I get a voicemail message. So it would be fantastic if there's a way to "turn off" the automated "payment received!" e-mails without turning off e-mails from Weave altogether.

  15. Mobile App include Office User Name Phone Records

    When a user answers or places a call through the mobile app, it would be great of their name showed up in the call records. As of now, it will show up as an "unknown" user which means we have to spend extra time to upkeep a separate call log to keep track of this.

  18. Private Reviews Need Reply Options

    As it stands right now the private reviews let the reviewer know that the review can only be seen by the office, but it doesn't tell the reviewer that the office cannot respond to private reviews. Office is wanting to know if either there can be an option to respond to private reviews or if we can change the text on what is said after leaving a private review to include that the office cannot reply to the review.
