  3. Direct Scan to Fax: Streamlining Document Workflow for Support Team

    The office advised that having to scan documents to their desktop and then having to attach documents in the Weave Desktop App can be cumbersome. They were wondering if it would be possible to make it so that they could scan documents directly into the Fax feature on the desktop app to save them that step.

    Dentrix has several crucial built in patient lists. One of them is called the "unscheduled list". This is a catch all list where patients who missed, broke, or postponed their appointment indefinitely get added to. Currently there is no way to access that data from weave (yes i am aware of marketing campaign and filters and no it can not be done). There should be an easy way to access the patients on this…

  5. Updated Analytics ideas (Phone tree)

    We would like to have an updated analytics report to identify what option the phone callers are pressing in the phone tree. Also, If playing a media file when that option is pressed in the phone tree, can be identified as an answered call and not a missed call.

  6. Analytics for Managers Only

    Hi there,

    We are looking to have the access to the analytics only be for managers. What we are finding in our office is that our team members become fixated on those numbers and who is answering more calls than others. It is causing fights in the office and it would be best if only the managers could have access to the analytics. This would be extremely helpful for our office and I am sure other offices as well :)

  9. Message templates on phone app

    It would be very helpful if the message templates were available when using the app on a phone. Several of our staff use phones exclusively, and access to those templates would increase their productivity and consistency.

  11. Text Messaging Templates Drag&Drop "Department"

    Have the ability to have a Drag & Drop for the "Department" in which you selected after you selected the patient into a template message so that the correct department is reflective with in the message. This would allow a message to be created that could serve more than a single department.

    It would be wonderful if there was an option to integrate or if Weave had it's own version of E-Prescribe for offices. This is a feature that is becoming more highly sought after and because weave doesn't currently offer it we will have to out source.

  15. Save the dates in numerical order

    Hello
    I am struggling with the save the dates. We sometimes schedule multiple appts for the same patient for the same day. Like a plaque control class @ 10 and surgery @ 11 and then a week later another surgery @ 1. The save the date text use to send them out in order but now they are sending them out incorrectly. Look @ NienHwa Wang's texting feed for example. I scheduled her for Jan 4 @ 10 and 11 but her save the dates are 11 and then 10 so then she texts back confused on the time. If…

  17. CE Credits available

    None of those drop down options work. This is a Weave System suggestion since Doctor CE's are abundant, but NOTHING for Opticians????

    Why do you only offer Doctor Videos for CE credits, even ones created by ABOC personnel? Why are they options for all the Opticians that also could use free CE credits to continue their ABO Certification? It would make us more likely to be engaged in training, that's for sure. We would make time for that.

  18. Hold Music - more options to utilize multiple media library items

    Would like more customization options to use multiple items from media library with Hold Music. Example: we have different topics that we have different doctors and other team members record messages on and we would like the option to combine different messages and switch out the order, etc instead of having to have those recorded as a single media file

  19. Stop the scrolling on the payments and payouts windows

    For the new payouts window - please fix the scrolling issue. I cannot print a full report due to the scrolling or fix it so I can print to a pdf file instead of downloading an excel spreadsheet. This problem is a waste of paper and time.
