    1. Do not require account creation simply to give feedback. I had to create a new login to give this feedback (from my Weave Desk app that I am already logged into)...

    2. Window layering for Desktop App - This window won't pop up over other windows like chrome, files, etc... It would be great to be able to have it open over other windows when necessary.

  2. Team Member Permissions

    I need to be able to edit permissions for team members. Someone (or somehow) the auto reminders for my Tacoma office keep getting turned off and therefore our patients are not getting reminder text messages. I need only the admins to have the permission to turn these on or off.

  3. Navigate From Weave to PMS Medical Record via Patient Profile or Messages

    A med cos customer would like to have the ability to click through and navigate from a Patient Profile or a patient's name in Messages straight to that patient's medical record in their PMS (in this case it is NexTech). This would make it really convenient for front desk employees when they need to locate a patient in their PMS who they've just been communicating with in Weave. Even being able to save the seconds it takes to search for a patient in their PMS can help from an efficiency perspective. Also, when a patient has a common name that…

  4. Patient's Birthday

    Our office sees a lot of kids and would like to start doing something special for them if they come in on or near their birthday. It would be helpful if there was somehow a feature on weave to let us know. The easiest way I would think to do this is on the Schedule tab when it shows a list of patients scheduled for the day you can put a birthday cake symbol or balloon symbol - just something we can quick glance at to see if they have a birthday soon.

  5. Recording credit card numbers NOT

    I was doing my compliance for our credit card processing and we do take credit cards via phone and they asked is we had a program that does not record the credit card number . I called and asked if Weave offers this and unfortunately you don't, so thats my suggestion. Thanks Happy New Year

  7. Changing Timeframe for Email Marketing Filters

    send messages to the unscheduled customers in a mass message so they can add them to the schedule.
    ***However they want an option that will not alert customers who are scheduled. The Email Marketing offers filter options to send to unscheduled customers, but only up to 30 days, then it would also send to all the customers who ARE scheduled after the 30 day mark. Do we have any solutions for this?

  9. Call patients straight from the Schedule

    When you click on the more information button for a patient (indicated as a white i in a blue circle at the top of the schedule), it gives you a quick window with a lot of information. It also presents phone numbers and email addresses as hyperlinks to a service called the Telephony Dialer. It would be so helpful if that link could sync with Weave and automatically pull up the patient or call the phone number.

  10. Automatic Updates for Desktop App

    Please enable automatic updates to the Weave desktop app. Our staff likely dismiss the notifications for updates, which then leads to issues with the app. It would be great if the app would queue an update for the next time the app is launched, or if it could be performed outside of office hours.   18. Constant Technical Issues

    Is anyone else experiencing tons of technical issues with Weave? We've been extremely disappointed in the platform since we first signed up (in September 2021). Our calls drop, the speakerphone app doesn't work, we experience constant technical issues with the phone function on the mobile app, the app will freeze and then quit, among other things. We've been told there's a "bug" in the app, and that the software development team is working on it. That's great, but we've seen absolutely no improvement since we first spoke with customer support over two months ago. Small issues have popped up since…

  19. Additional fields for Patient Contacts

    Nate Skroski was extremely helpful in setting us up with Weave. I appreciate that Weave's support people are not located in another country. It is so beneficial with making sure we can understand one another. IDEA: Please add an option to include Work Phone when adding a new contact. Add an option to add Business Name.

  20. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL

    Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!
