  1. Fax sorted by fax dialed, not incoming fax number

    Since weave doesn't sort anything by department (yet another idea), we have 15 fax lines coming into one practice. Incoming faxes are listed by "incoming fax number". That doesn't help identify what department/fax number was receiving the fax. We get over 100 faxes per day. It would be nice to identify what department was supposed to receive it - either by listing the fax number, it was sent to, or allowing user to change the "name" of the fax number.

  2. Email should be integrated the same way messaging is.

    When you send an email from the desktop app it pulls into your outlook or whatever email you use, I can see that would have advantages but almost all the other platforms I have used keep it contained in their platform. Since in is not self contained, there is no note in the patient history showing an email was sent, or what the contents were.

  3. Patient MRN #'s should sync with our system

    In the payments section, the patients and patient record number should sync. It's ridiculous that this can't happen. I understand that Weave doesn't "integrate" with our software but if you are going to keep customers other than dental customers, then your programmers need to figure out a way to make this happen.

  5. Allow marking as "Paid/Completed/Posted" after entered into PM System.

    We have duplicate payments logged into patient accounts due to many people checking payments screen, posting, then someone else sees it there and posts again. It would be nice to just have the ability to "Mark Completed" like Texts feature has. That is at least SOMETHING to denote payment has been processed already.

    Actually, it's a pain point from Weave Security perspective.
    There are a good number of offices that use 1 login for all or multiple users.
    This is not secure and can cause problems with functionality.
    We do recommend to offices that they have one unique login per user, but it's often rebuffed.
    Is it possible to limit logins to 1 or 2 devices at a time?

  9. Pronoun Visibility

    Has their been any discussion surrounding pronoun visibility within the Weave app? Offices using weave would be able to deliver a better patient experience if that information was on the patient profile and displayed on the Call Pop screen. Maybe an easy way to offer this would be a drop down selection, very similar to what we offer for Language Preference.

  13. "RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!

    We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals.   14. Doctor Requests Personal Voicemail Access and Multi-Factor Authentication for Mobile App

    The office wants a way to stop invites sending to people who no-show'd their appointments.
    I've had a bunch of offices request this, so I'm putting in the request for this specific office.
    I'm not sure if there's a reason the invites queue up before the appointment, but if we moved the time/trigger for queuing up invites, we could set it to no send invite if they used a status like "no-show"…
