    The function of this add-on feature sounds AWESOME. I think it's a work in progress still. It should be uniform in what information is displayed. Some display percents allowed, some display maximums (super helpful and a great selling point) some do not display at all. The length of time that it takes to click "verify" and have the information in front of you is way too long and CANNOT be done while on the phone or while someone is waiting in front of you.   3. payment plan custom time

    The number of payments for recurring payments should be customizable. Locking to 3 month increments is an interesting design choice. Also, i'd like an alert when payments are processed since it does not write back to my PMS so my team knows to apply the payment.

  4. time clock in for staff

    Have a function time tracking function for staff and allow weave to sync this data to a payroll processor such as Gusto or ADP. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 a month for this feature.

  8. Adding Delta Dental of Wyoming to the Verification List as a new payer

    A large majority of our patients have Delta Dental Of Wyoming. Sure would be nice to add them to your payor list. Also it would be nice if you could see which Insurance companies are enrolled prior to adding the service to your account an then having to go through the process to opt out.

  10. New Integration: OpenEMR

    My office uses Weave, and we love it. The only setback is that it currently does not integrate with OpenEMR. Integrating with OpenEMR would make our lives and jobs so much easier. I hope you really consider integrating with OpenEMR. Thank you

    Would love it if the chat was better for in office communication - didn't mix with the pateint messages and showed up right away so we can see what is happening without having to click on it.

  14. Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls

    Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

  16. Turn off Pre-Fill feature for forms

    It is best to have an option to turn off the pre-fill feature for forms, since many clients who don't review their answers from previous visits, or don't change the pet's info to the correct pet (especially when sent two forms in one packet) and it's VERY important that they review and correctly answer the questions. Some are not changing answers as needed. We would love to be able to turn this feature off.

  17. More super admin ability to change user info

    Super admin should be able to edit all users information. For example changing names as different persons come in and out of the office. We have some generic emails we use for the front desk or office so team members don't have to use personal emails.

    None of this information shouldn't be able to be changed, Name, phone number, email.

  18. Initials on actionable to all for text messages

    As an administrator it would be nice to be able to see who moves text messages from actionable to all. We have had a few instances where the message is marked completed and moved to all but the client was not fully helped.

  20. Code to use to exclude appt reminders/confirmation communication

    Our previous software had the capability to recognize a code at the beginning of our appointment descriptions that would cue the software to NOT send appt reminders/confirmations/etc. For example, we take patients to a surgery center for some treatment. Those appts involve a lot of moving pieces and we don't want patients to get notifications at all. So we have always been able to add the prefix "PNA" to the appt descriptions.
