  2. Request for More Flexibility in Providers' Scheduling for Online Scheduling Feature

    The office would like to have more flexibility when setting up the providers' schedule. They have 2 doctors who are not at the office the same days of the week, their schedule varies from week to week. I asked Maysen to submit a Feature request but she was not interested so I submit it here on her behalf (ticket 1715699)

  3. Text Icon Confusion in Schedule Area of Desktop App After Recent Update

    This is a pain point related to the recent update in the app.
    The office says that when they accessed the schedule portion of the app, they used to only see text bubble icons next to patients who had cell numbers ONLY. Now after the recent update, they see this text icon next to all patients, including ones with just home phone numbers and cannot be texted.

  5. Post Appt Text

    Starting last week patients who were on the schedule but didn’t show for their appointment received our post appointment request for a review text. I contacted support and was told those messages go to patients with conformed appointments. I would like to put this in the suggestion box that the setting for that text should be for completed appointments. Or let the offices have the option of setting our own preferences.

  6. Filter Texting

    Is there anyway we can filter out text messages? I have a team member that only deals with financials and doesn't need to see all of the texts for scheduling, ect. I don't like the idea that we either have to turn the SMS off or your getting every single text possible. Is there anyway we can apply the tagging feature for an individual to only receive text messages that they are tagged in?

  7. Texting Notification

    When receiving text messages, I love having the notification, BUT the reply option seems like a pointless option because you can't see much of the response. It seems like an extra step for no reason. When the notification pops up, is there anyway to skip the "reply" and go straight to the "view" or ignore" step?

  9. Patient forms to patient not guarantor

    Sending forms to patients -- When sending a form to a patient - if you choose the patient under the patient side the form automatically is sent to guarantor (regardless of age). If you choose the patient under the schedule and send them a form it will go directly to the patient. Please fix so that only those that are under 18 get forms sent to the guarantor. It would be nice to choose which guarantor (Mom or Dad) that are standing here in office.

  10. Online Scheduling

    we want the online scheduler to recognize the availability on the operatories, it is how we delegate and differenciate appointments to our providers outside of marking the provider name on the appointment; which seems to be confusing your system. Operatories would make this process way easier and more efficient

    Office wants way to make only earliest appt reminder send, she suggested what she saw another company do: make appt title have something in it that means 'don't send reminder for this appt'. I suggested adv. filters already, but it didn't fit her needs.

  15. Recall & Inactive patients

    When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

  18. app alerts do not last long enough

    The alerts that pop up for the weave app only lasts 2 milliseconds which is NOT ENOUGH TIME to read what the app is trying to tell you so it MIGHT AS WELL NOT BOTHER. Leave them up until dismissed! If it is on a payment it is probably important information.

  19. Hyperlinks within text editing

    Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!
