The office has had several occasions where a patient has an HSA/FSA card and they cannot manually enter in the payment info because the CVC code is longer than 3 digits and the desktop app and payment link only allows 3 digits. This is very inconvenient for them since they can then only process these payments using the terminal.2 votes -

Generate an auto-text reply when a patients texts after hours, 'missed-text sms'.
Feature request 2:
The office would like to have the ability to add more status options under Status Mapping > Weave Status. The office would like to be able to label their additional status options and have them show up in auto-reminders for eyewear. Notes: Unknown status is useless bc it is not an option…2 votes -

Move to Queue
the ability to drag and drop appts to new dates and times where Weave can recognize that as a new appt and NOT text patients on the wrong date.
Today we had a patient who we had cancelled but instead of cancelling, we moved the appt to queue and weave didnt recognize the reschedule and still texted the parent for the wrong date. It is almost impossible for us to actually cancel and then reenter the info into the curve appt.

Payment link in test message
Could a text to pay button be added to the text messaging screen? Like the ones for forms, templates and images? Would be a faster and more efficient way instead of having to get out of the message and go into payments to create the text.

Language preference
Bring back the option to change the patients language on their weave profile.

RIng back
Hello,
I would like the option for the ring back function to ONLY ring back to the phone that originally placed a caller on hold. Seems silly for other users, not involved in the conversation to pick up a ring back. When it rings back all phones and a different person answers, It has the perception to our patients that our office is incompetent. Patients feel frustrated to have to reexplain the reason for their call.

The option to change reminders language is completely gone.
The patient profile had a gear icon on the top right corner which allowed for the language preference for reminders to be changed. The icon is now gone, and so is the option to change the patients preferred language. This occurred after the new update.

Add filtering options for Text Messaging
We would like to see addition of filtering options for text messaging, as it is currently very overwhelming in its present format.
We would like to be able to filter messages that have not yet been sent for text writeback from the ones that have, and also be able to filter messages by date received as well as by content ("search within messages" similar to what phone texting and facebook messenger offer)
The Actionable tab is only useful to a certain extent as messages are moved from that list once they are responded to, and tags have to be manually…

Payment Type for desktop app
Would like to be able to see how the patients paid through the desktop app( Text to pay, Manual, Terminal). This would be a huge help in fast reconciling.

Online Scheduling without allowing choice of hygienist. And without staff approval
Scheduling: hygiene appt WITHOUT showing provider names; scheduling without staff approval
Patients do not get to choose their hygienist. We move patients around among providers based on many factors after they schedule, balancing providers' loads etc. and if they choose Melissa and see Barb they may be angry.
We need an option where only "Any Provider" accurate openings are displayed
I want patients to leave the scheduling effort knowing they have an appointment, not a "request submitted that they might get" Can you imagine how much less satisfying that would be on OpenTable? "we got your request, we'll let you…

The "type" of credit card used should appear on an in-office payment receipt /success screen.
I have to always ask the patient what type of card it is since Practice Works request the type. At least have the type of card show up when we look up the payment history.

A payment portal that we can put on our website so patients can pay their bill anytime.
We are still holding on to our Rectangle Credit Card processing just so we have the portal on our website. If one company can do it, then all credit card processing should too. Thank you!

forms as out-of-visit option
We utilize forms in a way that's not attached to a visit. This is only an issue in that it auto populates a message that never applies to our use case and we end up doing a lot of copying an pasting which leaves room for frustration at the least and an error at most. It would be nice to attach a specific form to a visit type or to allow the forms to stand alone. I see a use for both.

Text Connect
Hello,
There is no where in the weave training and set up that text connect is not working for a multi office location. We paid our website provider to add text connect to our website and now today we find out it doesn't work for a multi location account. Please get this up and running. We think this feature is important and would be a great addition to our website.Tracy
