    It would be great if you had a link to a patients email to set up payment. You currently only have a text to pay.

  2. Patient forms to patient not guarantor

    Sending forms to patients -- When sending a form to a patient - if you choose the patient under the patient side the form automatically is sent to guarantor (regardless of age). If you choose the patient under the schedule and send them a form it will go directly to the patient. Please fix so that only those that are under 18 get forms sent to the guarantor. It would be nice to choose which guarantor (Mom or Dad) that are standing here in office.

    we want the online scheduler to recognize the availability on the operatories, it is how we delegate and differenciate appointments to our providers outside of marking the provider name on the appointment; which seems to be confusing your system. Operatories would make this process way easier and more efficient

    Office wants way to make only earliest appt reminder send, she suggested what she saw another company do: make appt title have something in it that means 'don't send reminder for this appt'. I suggested adv. filters already, but it didn't fit her needs.

    When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

    When a notification (your glasses or contacts have arrived) text is sent out to a patient it would be nice if Weave could write back in the patient chart that they were notified by text.

  11. app alerts do not last long enough

    The alerts that pop up for the weave app only lasts 2 milliseconds which is NOT ENOUGH TIME to read what the app is trying to tell you so it MIGHT AS WELL NOT BOTHER. Leave them up until dismissed! If it is on a payment it is probably important information.

  12. Hyperlinks within text editing

    Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

    We get a lot of prescription refill requests via fax and it would be nice to be able to add the signature without having to print and then scan back into the computer.

    The online scheduling feature needs to integrate with Dolphin because patients are selecting random times that we don't actually have available and that is frustrating to both the patient and our staff having to call back.

  16. Increase Mobile App Picture Message Size Limits for Better Functionality

    The doctor is unable to send pictures to his clients without having to make sure they are at least 1MB or smaller. He says that the size limit on pictures sent through the mobile app is too prohibitive for what he needs and uses and is wondering if there would be a way to increase the limits of what can be sent.

  19. Printing Receipts

    For Weave credit card terminal - either provide a terminal that prints receipts or have it set up to have the option to print receipts straight from terminal to printer... going to the weave portal or waiting for the email takes a long time to get the receipt. Which is inconvenient for my patients to wait around for their credit card receipt. :)

  20. Can HSA/FSA Cards with Longer CVC Codes Be Processed Manually?

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    The office has had several occasions where a patient has an HSA/FSA card and they cannot manually enter in the payment info because the CVC code is longer than 3 digits and the desktop app and payment link only allows 3 digits. This is very inconvenient for them since they can then only process these payments using the terminal.
