  1. Include all Appointment Times for Patient

    Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.

  2. Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits

    It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

  3. Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!

    Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

    Please provide administrative access to view all instant messages between users. Maybe a default "blind copy" on every instant message sent...? Or access to search all instant messages sent/received by a specific user.

  5. PCI COMPLIANCE!

    PCI Compliance may be a reason we have to stop using weave.... Our company cannot be held liable for Weave not being able to block recording of credit cards. I see this issue has been posted before but is not being addressed. Most of your clients probably don't even realize this danger is in the wings....PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!

  6. pull Eaglesoft SIP list to quick fill

    I am not sure why the quick fill list does not read the Eaglesoft patients marked SIP (sooner if possible). It is extremely redundant to have to manually add patients to the quickfill on desktop app, and then I don't know if the patients in quickfill app are staying current, or being removed after Tx complete.

  7. Inserting correct name in text messages (ie in Pediatrics when you want the name of the person scheduled not the responsible party.

    When selecting the patient and then selecting to send message, if we use a template, or create a new template, it is inserting the name of the responsible party, not the patient. This is not helpful. Would like to have more options for drag and drop, such as the desired patient, a signature line for the texting, or a specific form other than the wellness form.

  8. Email should be integrated the same way messaging is.

    When you send an email from the desktop app it pulls into your outlook or whatever email you use, I can see that would have advantages but almost all the other platforms I have used keep it contained in their platform. Since in is not self contained, there is no note in the patient history showing an email was sent, or what the contents were.

  9. Not overriding family file

    Patients that have the same number as another patient (elderly or minors) is rewriting the family file and appointments for the patient. I think it should not do this. It should go by the name or chart number not the phone number.

    Billing/statements: Having the ability to do monthly billing through Weave where the ledger of patients accounts link with the billing system through Weave. There would have to be an option to opt patients in and out of if they want to receive statements via online/email or text. So that we do not have to keep track of the patients that do not want that through a dictionary basically of each patient. With Dentrix currently, in the family file they have a drop down box to choose if they want email or mailed statement but that was through quick bill and…

    When Patients fill out the forms on the Ipad it should just upload right into Dentrix. It takes too long to download and upload the forms into each patients file.

  15. Fix the Fax History Page in the portal app

    Fix the fax history page, its a mess:
    - There isn't a way to export the list of faxes. The current export button doesn't seem to export the records that are being displayed, and even if it didn't its limited to 100 records. We deal with 3000+ faxes a month, so doing 30 exports, even if it worked, isn't feasible.

    • The export at first seemed to pull the records being display. But, after looking at the downloads from multiple pages, its downloading the same data after each export, but the data downloaded seems to be different from the data displayed…

  16. Team Chat: Improve Formatting

    Instead of having run on sentences, the chat should allow us to add spacing and paragraphs like you can in text messaging and other chat services. This is pretty standard across chats so I am hoping it would be an easy fix :)

  18. Chat Box Larger to Show More Text

    The chat box is too small! Please make us able to enlarge the Weave window to make the chat larger. When multiple team members message in a short period it's difficult to keep track of messages that have scrolled off screen. Please make the chat bigger or adjustable!!

  19. Recall SMS Feature

    At this point, recall reminders are available to set based on last "recall appointment" which is very general to use in most general dental offices for hygiene recall.
    But we are Orthodontic specialist office, and we have few different type of recalls by patient's age and status. It will be very useful if recall can be also set by patient's status type.

  20. Edit button for After hours recording

    I work in a dental office that has two doctors. When they are on call, they take call for one to two months at a time. Right now I have to remember to do voicemail override for the new doctor that is on call this month. This is really not convenient and easy to forget! We are not an office that would benefit from the phone tree as we do not want our patients to have to press buttons to get to a person or to realize they may now have the doctors personal cell #.
