Birthday Reminders:
Doesn't recognize pet's birthday. "Pet's Name" isn't even an option to drag and drop in the text template.
Recall Reminders: It doesn't specify which pet of the owner's is due to for what type of appointment. They'd love the ability to see that information within Weave and not have to go check in their PMS.

In the desktop app > Phone > Recent Calls, if the calls are from random numbers that do not have client/patient profiles attached to them, the option to text the number from Recent Numbers is greyed out and not usable. This office needs to port well over 100 numbers to Weave and they are very annoyed that they have to enter each number in one by one. For our larger multi groups and for offices with call centers, it would be beneficial to have an option to just copy/paste a list of numbers that they need to port over rather than having to enter them in one by one.2 votes -

Payout report with specifics all on one page like Care Credit and others do
Offer a payout report that is searchable by date ranges that shows: Date / Income / Refunds / Fees / Payout with totals at the bottom for that date range. Every month I have to pull up the report by payout date range which is fine but then I have to go into each payout individually to see the specifics. It is very time consuming when I’m trying to balance my checkbook every month. To see all the information on one page and already totaled would be very helpful. We need to be able to send theses out ASAP
We have two complaints/issues with Weave. The first one being how quickly the software updates. We have to wait 24 hours for it to show up on the calendar. I live by a schedule so this is frustrating. Second is not being able to send forms to someone asap. Sometimes we get same day or next day appointments and it takes 24 hours for us to be able to send these out. We should be able to hit a button to send now.
