  1. Customize the order of Weave home page icons

    It would be convenient if each user could custom-rearrange the icons on the desktop's home screen, with their most-used ones at the top or on one side. (for instance, payments would be the first one because i use it the most often; then next in line would be messages).

    A two office recently signed up for Weave and has stopped moving forward because of SMS Writebacks to the comm log in Dolphin. (Orthodontic)
    Passing this feedback along because most of my experience at Weave has been working specifically with Dental Specialty offices. Curious if Writebacks to our Specialty Softwares is something worth exploring. It was something we heard a lot, especially with the high dollar amount value of procedures…

  3. Enable the Birthday field by Default

    When setting up a new contact it would be nice if the Birthday field was already enabled by default rather than having to click "+ Add Field" and selecting birthday to add it to their information.

    Please add a note field when creating / editing a contact. Sometimes its nice to have notes about a patient before calling / texting them. Things like preferred name vs legal name, pronouns, etc.

    I spoke with an Ortho office that is looking for a solution for their digital forms. They'd like to include their patient forms in their reminder texts, but would also love it if it could scan their PMS (Dolphin) to see if this is a new patient or check to see if they have recently filled out a form so they're not sending unnecessary forms to patients and getting duplicates…

  8. Stay logged into app

    The app (desktop and mobile) automatically logs users off. PLEASE make a way where we stay logged in so we don't have to keep logging in throughout the day to check messages. We don't have time to keep logging in!!

  9. Download Communication Data

    We need to be able to download this patient communication in some form into our system. As a zip file, or something like that. If Weave ever goes out of business, or we switch providers, we lose all of this vital communication between us and our patients. This is actually a critical update that needs to happen ASAP.

  12. Billing Party Sync Issue for Ortho Minor Patients: Proposed Solution & Next Steps

    Hey <@U02LFHK94G2> , Including this thread for reference about the Beta issue our office ran into. and keep everyone in the loop.

    Problem: For Minors in the Ortho speciality, they include contact info in the billing party entity which we currently do not sync. hence the contact details are empty.

    Solution: Sync billing party info, which will also enable the aging information. (has its technical pros and cons)

    Work to be done: Figure out offices affected and if we have to include this functionality from a product perspective. Till then we have asked one office to pause from going…

    There are several things, starting with the fact the weave does not intergrade with eaglesoft the way we were led to believe. The payments through weave do not post to eaglesoft, you can not do treatment plan signing through weave. The Forms are all together instead of separate. There's no notifications if a patient answers yes to a covid question or if a patient has new insurance I have to just go looking into everyone's forms.     Need to be able to document all forms of payments through Weave and not have to use a spreadsheet (recommended by support) to document cash, checks, or CareCredit payments.

  16. CSV Contact Merge: Add Custom Contacts to .CSV Effortlessly

  17. Text to pay by past due days catagories.

    Weave should be able to identify invoices by a past due range and send out text to pay links to a group instead of having to manually sending them all. It should have like a 60-90 day range a 91-120 and a 120+ or something when you select that range it would populate a text to pay for each that can receive text message and send them out as a mass amount.

    Being able to input times instead of select times, Office has breaks at times like 8:20 but can only select 8:15 or 8:30. Would like the ability to change doctors appointment lengths for different days. Some days they take 30 minutes for an appt and others they take 40 minutes.

  19. Download all text conversions to a csv or sql file

    It would be very helpful to be able to download all of our texts to a csv, sql or xml file. We have hundred of texts out to our patients with replies. It is very easy to miss information as is. If we could see and filter a database of texts, it would be very helpful to alleviate this problem.
