When a customer calls in, they aren't able to see the phone number sometimes, since the Caller ID takes over. For example they had one today that said Wireless Caller, and they couldn't figure out the phone number via mobile app!2 votes -

Cannot add breaks and lunches in the app anymore and this is a real time saver for this office. He would appreciate notifications of changes within Weave as well and steps on how to do the same task the new way he feels this is very misleading and unhelpful to our paying customers.

This group uses the mobile app extensively with Departments and is liking many things, but an issue they noticed is that the mobile app shows actionable messages, but doesn't have the same manual ability to clear them via the check box. When a new message notification pops up, if they select reply or view on the notification, it will open the new message thread but will keep the text from the message thread they had been working on. there will be a draft saved for both message threads when they back out and cx does not like this.2 votes -

This is a pain point related to the recent update in the app.
The office says that when they accessed the schedule portion of the app, they used to only see text bubble icons next to patients who had cell numbers ONLY. Now after the recent update, they see this text icon next to all patients, including ones with just home phone numbers and cannot be texted.
