The office advised that having to scan documents to their desktop and then having to attach documents in the Weave Desktop App can be cumbersome. Dentrix has several crucial built in patient lists. One of them is called the "unscheduled list". This is a catch all list where patients who missed, broke, or postponed their appointment indefinitely get added to. Currently there is no way to access that data from weave (yes i am aware of marketing campaign and filters and no it can not be done). Insurance Verification
PLEASE put the insurance companies back in alphabetical order!! The order of payer number is just ridiculous. No one looks it up by number. And post an update information BEFORE you do the changes so we don't freak out when there is a major change and we have to call in and waste time finding out that it was an update and we weren't informed about it prior. We could have told you it was a stupid idea.
