Weave Online Scheduling - preappointments
Patient pre-appointed for one year in advance. When the scheduling request came through on Weave, the year was not indicated on the request (only month and date). Please add enhancement to show the year on scheduling requests.

From what I gather, it sounds like you're interested in having conditional logic for a Rich Text Box. Since Rich Text Boxes are generally used to display information and don't have labels or input fields, I'm unsure how conditional logic would apply in this context.
It just an informational field that can consist of a lot of informational text.

Texting patients to get availability using AI
Can weave send texts to assess availability for patients and use AI to make appt. recommendations to our team?

Text to pay with invoice
With the text to pay as of now you have to save the file as a PDF, which is time consuming when you are doing statements. With the price of postage going up it would be nice for Weave to have a way to import the statements from Revolution EHR where we could just text the patient with the link to pay and the statement of charges attached.
Another great feature would be the ability to send a text to pay to a group or selected list of people all at the same time.

Team Chat - Actionable- Patient Tag
I love the actionable option through messaging. It is nice to see that someone has read it, but also knowing it hasn't been completed yet. I would LOVE to have that option also under team chat, because sometimes a task is given and can get lost in the whole chat. I also, can support the message on Patients being tagged in team chat as well. It would be even great if you could click on the patient tag and have their info pop up from the team chat conversation.

Fillable Forms to Text for Signature
Treatment consent forms have to be specific, so we wish there was a way to create a form giving specific info, like # of teeth to be treated with what material, then send to pt for signature. We currently use Adobe esign for this but would like the ability to text these forms to pts.

Bulk message past due hygiene patients to fill open schedule
On the app, if you click lists, then over due patients it brings up a list of different times of past due recall patients. It would be soooooooo much easier if you could copy, cut and paste these specific lists and place them in bulk messaging to fill an opening on your hyg. schedule. Bulk messaging is too complicated to save as csv file from dental software, then import in specific parameters!

I should be able to select the greeting played. Several times, the wrong greeting has played. Give us the options to select greeting.
We have several greeting, like Office Hours, Vacation, On Another Call, Weekend Greeting, and many times the greeting get scrambled and I need to call customer support so it can be fixed. Give the office the ability to select their own greetings

Filter patient forms when selecting from drop down menu desktop app
When sending forms to patient from weave desktop app you have to select form from drop down menu. All forms that we have created show up but we only use about 4 of them on daily basis. Would like an option to filter which form are in drop down menu.

When patients have multiple appointments scheduled for the same day, when they confirm the earliest appointment, it should confirm all appointments for that day.

For setting like Office Hours, either use a 24-hour format or allow users to choose that format to avoid AM/PM mistakes.

recall for patients' 6 month cleaning needs to be fixed
I had a patient who called the beginning of April to say she will be in town the end of April, and will like to make an appointment for a night guard impression. She was also supposed to get a text April 15th to schedule her cleaning in June. Because she was scheduled for a 20 minute night guard impression, she did not get her alert to schedule a cleaning.
