An Option for Private Pay Patients to Bypass Insurance Verification
I think it would be nice to have the patients have another option if they are private pay instead of adding in a blank photo

Please integrate with STI computer servies.
We've been using STI for about 9 months now & we love the services, but it would be so much easier for our office if weave were integrated with our EMR system STI practice manager. There are some functions that we won't use because the process is too tedious without integration. Really hoping this can be implemented.

Add a filter for Spanish & English
When we are doing bulk messages, can you create a filter for Spanish patients and English patients (since we are able to change settings to Spanish in Weave). It would be beneficial to send English bulk messages and then separately send Spanish bulk messages.

"Opt-Out" Message verbiage
Is there any way to update the verbiage in the message that people who unsubscribe from text messaging receive?
I'd really like for it to read:
From Dermatology Associates of Atlanta. You have unsubscribed from text messages and will no longer receive text messages from our office. This includes appointment reminders, and important communications from our office. You will need to maintain your own appointment reminders until you resubscribe to text messaging.

Toggle recall reminders for inactive pets on/off
Not all practices treat inactive patients the same. It would be nice to be able to stop recall reminders for pets marked as inactive without having to delete all the reminder dates. I understand that some practices market to inactive pets, but we don't, and it's annoying for clients to get recall reminders for a pet that's alive but they no longer own. Marking pets deceased with a false date would cause confusion if a new owner or another practice called for records on that pet, so this workaround is woefully inadequate.

search conversations or past days
Be able to search past chat conversations by day and not having to scroll though each day. Example: my supervisor sent me a message in the chat box on December 22nd, 2023 and I now need that to go back to that specific day and look at the conversation and clarify it or say "this is what you said.". If I could separate conversations between people that are included in an "office chat" or be able to search conversations by the day, instead of having to scroll through each day when there is over a 100 messages between us in…

VMO to trigger "office closed" settings
Set Voicemail Override to default to closed IVR options. In the past, when we turned on VMO, it would set our office as "closed" and trigger all appropriate changes - the office is closed text message and more importantly, our Closed IVR. The IVR allows patients to press 1 or 2 depending on if it's an emergency or not. Now VMO only allows a general voicemail box with no options or forwarding to an outside number. We would REALLY love it if the old feature would come back, allowing our 'office closed' settings to be active.

Simplify Payment Reminders
We would like an easier way to send payment reminders. If you go to invoice history, we would like an option to click on the invoice and push "send payment reminder." Currently, we have to toggle between too many screens. We also do not know if a payment reminder was sent unless we go to another screen, search for the patient, and check their messages. On the invoice history screen, if Weave could list if a payment reminder text was already sent, that would be so helpful.

SMS Keyword for text message info on road signs
add an sms keyword feature that can be used on signs to request information about my practice, like text "tooth" to 2994 for more information. every big company has this on their signs when I drive by and it would be awesome to not have to pay another company for this feature and just have it be part of weave

Virtual Assistant
I would like a Virtual Assistant type answer service for my office. The assistant would answer the phone give the client the opportunity to request appointments and if they need more information press another number to speak to a customer service representative. For example: if you would like to make an appointment press 1; If you're calling to check on a client press 2; if you need a call back press 3...etc. In my office this could free up a position at the front desk and would be very helpful to save time from answering phone calls.

New Integration: OpenEMR
My office uses Weave, and we love it. The only setback is that it currently does not integrate with OpenEMR. Integrating with OpenEMR would make our lives and jobs so much easier. I hope you really consider integrating with OpenEMR. Thank you

Setting for Fax
Need settings for fax. Allowing users the option to open faxes from mobile devices ie. Iphone and Andriod however avoid ALL faxes from being automatically saved unless on desktop computer. As this is a HUGE HIPPA violation.

If multiple contacts are present, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link to see all of them.
"Multiple Contacts" should all be listed in the Weave call pop-up and should NOT require clicking on an additional link. Or if multiple contacts are present and for some reason not all of them can be listed, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link available to click on to see ALL of them.
The New Weave Experience software doesn't list a patient's name for Incoming Call notification and instead says "Multiple Contacts". I understand that we can click on the "Multiple Contacts" to then see all the contacts, but this is a BAD change. We…

Update the look of Insurance Verification!
I would really love to have the insurance verification to look like how it does in the weave help videos. Its really disappointing because when we were looking at weave at MidWinter they showed us the insurance verification like the videos and ours looks nothing like it. The guy knew we had Eaglesoft and did not mention it wouldnt look how his does. The one you guys show in the videos is way better than the one we use. It would be 1000% better if you guys had them look like that. Please please please update it!

Set up Provider Folder or Provider Filter/Search in Quick List
It would be super helpful to set up and organize the Quick List under provider specific tabs or folders or filter/search option. Our patients are very loyal to their providers and instead of visually searching through each patient in the list (note details the provider), add them to a specific provider folder or search option with in the Quick List.

Forms update or create records in Dentrix with changeable fields through website
Currently patient information keyed in from forms use the First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, and phone number to check the Dentrix data base to determine if the patient exists or is a new patient. This will create duplicates in the Dentrix system because Last names change (Marriage), Phone numbers change through the years, therefore an existing patient will not be found in Dentrix, creating a duplicate family file instead of updating the file of an existing patient. Can we please change these fields to a look up of First Name, Birthdate, and Social Security Number? These are pretty static fields…

email receipt of payments
Payment receipts received at office e-mail. The line/box " Congratulation! You received a payment for PATIENT NAME". It is currently a black box with white text when printed. This takes too much ink from printer. It would cut cost for offices that print these if the box was lighter or white with black print. Thank you for your consideration.

Online Scheduling - Provider Name in Text Template
Online Scheduling - when the patient chooses an appointment type and proceeds to select a provider, they have the option for "No Preference" to view the entire clinic's available appointments. When they eventually pick a time, Weave does not tell them which provider they are scheduled with.
Weave does not allow us to customize the Request Received Template or Confirmation Template with the provider "widget".1 vote
