Actionable text are moved to ALL if an auto text is sent out. This causes issues because we never see the actionable response.

Cancel function on the desktop schedule
It would be great to have a cancel option for an appointment on the schedule function of the desktop app. We are having issues Weave not syncing our cancelled/rescheduled appointments and there is no way to remove their name from Weave's desktop schedule and reminders are still going out.

Email campaigns going to patient’s spam folder
We have sent out multiple email campaigns to later learn that most patients do not receive them because they go to spam folders. Please fix this issue or allow campaigns to be sent from office email rather than generic Weave email address. What is the point of this feature if patients don’t even receive the emails

Ability to delete or cancel payment plans
Currently cannot delete or cancel payment plans if a patient pays the balance off. Seems like a huge oversight and we have patients complaining about this.

Team Chat: Reply to a Thread
for the Team Chat-- I wish there was an option to reply to certain messages within the team chat so that person knows we are responding to them specifically.

Jane EHR Integration
This is a very easy to use software, especially for small businesses. I would LOVE to be able to use forms because Jane does NOT have a good source for it. Also we have to manually do our adding in patients because Jane adds the country code and removing it from our extensive patient list is hard. PLEASE make this happen. They are a Canadian company, not sure if it makes a difference.

Bulk Messaging Free for Number of Patients
We have a large amount of patients, +5,000 on our list. We are paying a premium to have Weave Service - however; to pay an almost $200 to text everyone an announcement once a month is a little silly.
It would be nice to allow at least one bulk message per month to all customers without having to pay an additional fee.1 vote -

More super admin ability to change user info
Super admin should be able to edit all users information. For example changing names as different persons come in and out of the office. We have some generic emails we use for the front desk or office so team members don't have to use personal emails.
None of this information shouldn't be able to be changed, Name, phone number, email.

In NWX, for Patients listing, offer a default setting for Active patients only.
In NWX, for Patients listing, offer a default setting for Active patients only. It comes up now showing All Patients, which is not what we typically use. Saves us a click step.

Multiple times our personalized Request Received Text template for Online Scheduling has been written over with the original Weave message with no warning. Why?

Assigning fax numbers to departments
We have 2 fax lines for one building and need to be able to assign them to different departments.
We received hundreds of faxes and its easy for them to get lost in one big "pile". In our specific example, we have one that is scheduling/medical records and one that is business office. Business office is getting overwhelmed by going through all the medical records received and has missed a few of their assignments by it being "lost" in the weeds of the fax list.At a minimum, the ability to filter the faxes by the numbers they were sent…

Make timing of recipients receiving bulk text more precise.
I'd like to be able to send a message that a webinar is starting in 10 minutes or send a notice at 8:00am when it's not too early to text but before recipient's day gets going.
Right now I'm seeing that bulk texts hit recipients 30-70 minutes after I want them to.

fax cover sheet
i want to customize a fax cover sheet but i want it to stay there so my staff can't change it. when faxing information, we need a liability HIPAA clause at the bottom or somewhere but i can't do that. i can only customize the cover sheet and then send it to someone and it'll be there next time but my staff can still make the mistake of changing the words or deleting it and then our faxes won't have that legal clause on them anymore. this should be an admin right or something. this is a priority

Analytics too basic
Analytics under weave is not as detailed as we would like it to be. We are a multi department office with several extensions. Analytics is too basic and not completely accurate in my opinion. It looks like we are missing calls, but they are going to new patient voicemail. Also we cannot check missed and abandoned calls in each department. It just shows it as a whole.

Payment Writebacks as Insurance Payments
Right now, any payment processed through Weave writes back as an "account payment." There is no way for it to distinguish between a patient payment vs an insurance payment. Adding a button for "Insurance Payment" after clicking "payment" would be extremely helpful. After clicking this button, we should get credit card info prompts, as well as a claim number prompt. Ideally this writes back to Eaglesoft, or other practice management softwares, as payment type: Insurance Payment, Description: Claim number XXXX.
