Analytics Missed Calls vs Abandoned Calls
May we please separate abandoned calls from missed calls in analytics. It is quite frustrating, having to cross reference what our actual number is in our missed calls. We thought we were having a higher number of missed calls when that actually was not the case. For some reason when there was a software update WEAVE ANALYTICS chose to intentionally count caller abandoned calls as missed calls. May we please get those analytics separated? Team tracker for fax
An office would like to have added to the fax report they receive, who is responsible for sending each fax. It would help with their tracking.

Interoffice Chat Feature
We started using the interoffice feature to help our team have more accountability for returning calls, answer questions, etc. We created specific group chats to include only those who needed the information and in doing so, it crashed our weave storage and lost all of our conversations and patients to follow up with (close to 900 patient questions over the course of 3 months). Implement a new filter on the Weave Portal Invoice & Payment Summary to allow filtering by Date Invoice Refunded

Option to delete/trash Fax messages in bulk, between specific date ranges in Admin Portal
Currently in the Admin Portal> Fax. You can select a date range in order to export the data to an Excel sheet but, I had an office request to be able to have a function that would allow them to select a date range, check a box or a radio button to "Select All Within Range" or something- and delete all of them in bulk.
The only way to delete Faxes is currently from the archives, one at a time.

Detailed location

Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored
They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones
I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

Users Allowed Too Many Permissions as Team Members
Team Members should not have the ability to edit call blocking, device settings, hold music, media library, voicemail boxes, voicemail override, phone trees, etc. or there should be a type of user that is allowed use of the phones only, not the ability to change these items. One disgruntled employee, and this could all be maliciously changed without anyone being the wiser until someone (probably a caller) noticed. Admin privileges should be required to change items that could adversely affect the business image.

retrieve archived messages
An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.

Integration with EHR
I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?
