    When a patient calls to pay their bill over the phone, is there a way to add a button or link we can click to take us to Payments? It's a lot of extra clicking to go from the screen that is there when the person calls to generating the Payments screen.

  2. Payments Portal New Column Request

    On the payouts list under Payments, Payouts (see attached sample report), PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add a column for the Fees and one for the Net Deposit. I'm a bookkeeper and have the Gross Deposits but need to subtract the fees from each credit card deposit. It takes far too long to open each deposit to get this information.

    Having this report would help bookkeepers want to promote Weave to other clients. As this report is now, I would not recommend Weave to any of my clients as this report alone severely increases the time it takes to complete

  4. Patient names on messages

    It's very confusing when you call a patient or receive a message from a patient and the message doesn't have the correct name on it. For example I called my daughter in law this morning and the message has my 3 year old grand son's name on it. Other times is has a completely different name on the message that's not even related to the family!

  7. Editing User Roles and Blocking Access to Settings for Certain Roles

    We've had problems out our office with some team members messing with some of the settings. For example, automated reminders, which we use to send out text messages to patients a day before their appointment to remind them and to send them a link to leave us a google review after their visit. I understand you can edit what "roles" employees have. However, what you cannot do is edit what role can do/or access what. It would be amazing if for example I could edit the "Team Member" role to NOT have access to the settings; but be able to…

  8. Call Pop Length

    I love the call pop feature but it does not stay up long enough. It disappears after answering the call. I would like to see it stay up during the call for at least 10 seconds, which will give my team time to run the account of phone number and pull up the client info for a better interaction with the client

  10. Overdue Patient List FILTERS - FIX PLEASE!!!

    Please make the filters on the overdue patient list save-able!!! It is tedious and a waste of time to have to re-select the recall types EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please fix this!

  11. Symplast Integration & Copy/Paste Feature

    Hi - our office is in desperate need to add a copy-paste feature into Weave. Can we have the developers take a look into this and possibly create this feature for the desktop app and the mobile app as well.

    We are also working with Symplast - our Patient Management Software (PMS) and they have sent out to Weave a porting request (I believe) to integrate Weave's application into their application. They are ready to go and have your services work with theirs but they have been waiting on you for a couple months.

  12. Birthday search

    I would like to be able to search patients by birthday. I would like to know who in the next month is turning 1 so I can either send a text, email or physical card(if they have turned off msg). Later, I would like to search for 5 year olds and send a happy bday/reminder its time to see us again.

    1. Do not require account creation simply to give feedback. I had to create a new login to give this feedback (from my Weave Desk app that I am already logged into)...

    2. Window layering for Desktop App - This window won't pop up over other windows like chrome, files, etc... It would be great to be able to have it open over other windows when necessary.

    3. Text Message Popup - It would be nice if this would be movable and able to minimize or something. It would also be great to have an image attachment…

    it would be very helpful if we can flag or monitor "text to pay payments". we often send the text out but not all of us have access to the admin portal to see if we have received the payment. sometimes pateitns pay the next day or the next week. we need to call these payments out so it can be posted in our practice management system and we can process orders if needed. in many instances we are waiting for payment to place an order.   19. Auto-Confirmations Date/Time Stamp with Copy of Message in Patient Chart Notes

    Would it be possible for appointment confirmations in Weave to write back an entry in the patient chart on OpenDental with a date/time stamp? For example, when Jon Smith confirms his appointment, it will change from unconfirmed to confirmed in the schedule. We would like it to also document the date/time with a copy of the message in the OpenDental patient chart notes. When we use OpenDental's auto-confirmation module, it does this for us already and makes it easier to track. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you so much!

    Hello! When using the scheduling tab to edit and send out a group text for a specific day, it did not update the date as it should have. I selected to add in the patient's first name and the date and time. However, it sent out the current date on every text. When i save my template, it shows the date as "[date time]" or whatever it says when you select it.
