Software Improvements
Hi, I have a few ideas:
-We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
-Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

recall check box
When using the "recall" for scheduling past dues Pt's it would be helpful to have a check box or a way to identify which patients have been contacted and who has scheduled. We have a couple of team members using this recall option and it makes it difficult when we dont know who has called who on the list

Analytics Tool Viewing
It would be great if we could view our practice analytics in the admin portal, or if the desktop ap screen could be made full size. There is so much great info the analytics tool but it is really hard to view and digest it all on such a tiny scale.

NOTIFY SOFTWARE UPDATE
Using Weave for last 10 months, I've experienced many times of un-informed/noticed software update leading some unexpected errors. So, customers like us had to face in-operability or malfunction without knowing the cause. We are dealing with some cases of life and death, time imminent cases. Without having the full functionality of the software, it can seriously impact cases.
PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN THERE IS ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE AND ITS CHANGE.

Stop changing our system info when form is submitted
HELP! We are sending out links to parents for children appointments and when the info comes back to us it is changing the parents info to the childs automatically. Example- we send Mrs. Susan Smith DOB 10/12/2000 a text to fill out a health update for Maria her child DOB 2/22/2021. When the form comes into our system it has changes Susan's name to Maria and her birthdate to Maria's. We have to send links to parents' phone numbers- is there a way around the form changing our system info??

daily payment printed report
At the end of the day if we could print a report on what payments were taken through weave so that we have a paper trail nightly. right now we always have to go to app and look. Thank you

Appointment Request Notifications On Cellphone App
I think there should be a way that Weave can notify offices of appointment requests other than just when you log into the desktop app because if a patient requests an appointment over the weekend for a Monday morning appointment, the office would not get that request until arriving back in the office Monday morning. If the actual cellphone app could get a notification that would be super helpful!

Clinical Schedule Access only
Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.

Use Office # for OTP verifications.
We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

Messenger App
I was informed by our IT company that Dentrix/Henry Schein aka the Evil Empire is going to no longer support their in app Dental Link messenger. Please consider offering a way using your messenger on workstations that don't have phones associated with them. Thank you!

Online Scheduling Improvement
The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.
Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

online scheduling
Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

Field for payment details needed
Sending weave invoices is great! But sometimes it is confusing who the payment is actually for. For example, we may send the invoice to the parent of a child. When the payment comes in, it can be confusing as to who the payment is actually for.
It would be helpful if when making the payment, the patient could add in a text box either the name/dob or account # that the payment should be applied to. Or a notes field for them to add any further details that would help us match the payment accuratly

Add credit card type and last 4 digits to payment summary
Credit Card Type and last 4 digits of the card are requested by our practice management software. Is it possible to add these numbers to the payment summary report in the admin portal - so I could print or export rather than printing every receipt?

Deleting a photo
So, I am the office Manager at the Niles Vision Clinic. I up-loaded a photo to my account, thinking that I can delete it. But you can't delete a photo. You can only re-place it. I think it would be good, to be able to delete a photo if need be.

Patient Reports
I love the Weave aps an all that can be done within your program. I would love to see the program adopt a system that we can pull reports of patients that have unscheduled treatment or people that have cancelled and need to reschedule. We used Dental Intel before Weave and they had a great report system. Thanks

Voice Mail Audit
As a Practice Mgr. I would like some type of ability to check on VM that are left at different departments are being listened to / worked timely and no setting for hours upon hours. Some type of report etc....

Restore original search function
The latest update to the search function of weave is not a useful addition. Working in an office I can say that I don't need a quick link to settings, I find it cumbersome to have to click "see more" and retype the patient I was trying to search. If there is a way to turn off this feature I would like to do so.
