Incomplete or Missing Patient Communication History in History Tab
The History tab in the patient record should provide a comprehensive view of all past communications and interactions. However, it frequently displays only the most recent activity or, in some cases, no information at all. Weave Payments Invoicing
When I invoice a patient, I really need line items so that they can see the charges and discounts that have been applied. I am not happy with the features for weave payments. A service this expensive should be really full featured.

Automation is key! Let's auto populate as much as we can!
When an online appointment request is accepted the patients name and phone number automatically populate to OfficeMate. However the patients address and insurance does not. We have to take a screenshot of the appointment or write the information down BEFORE we accept the appointment and then go back to OfficeMate and enter the information manually after we accept. Super inconvenient! If we do not the information is not accessible after accepting, and the patient must resubmit it. Not okay! I am surprised that as intuitive and awesome Weave is you missed this very simple convenience. Let's fix this ASAP!

Attach images to Bulk Text Campaigns
add the ability to attach images to bulk text message. I have images that were created specifically for a text message marketing campaign. Currently I am unable to attach images to any text campaigns... Sooo a portion of my marketing cannot be used properly.

Needs to show what insurance patients have.
I understand that you can upgrade for insurance, but if we do not need to edit or change anything, we should at least be able to view who their insurance is through like on the old weave app.

Scheduling Custom Fields
We really need there to be an option for patients to upload images of their Insurance cards when they schedule online. This will save our staff a ton of time and also create less back and forth messaging with patients as well as allow our staff to ensure they have correct insurance before confirming the appointment. Please add image uploads as an option under custom fields for Online scheduling se patients can include a front and back image of their insurance card when they request an appointment.

Call Recording Limitations
We need to keep our call recording feature on for the company, however we would like the option to turn this feature off for particular extensions. This would be very helpful for our executive staff that hold sensitive phone conversations that should not be available to everyone in the company.

Change text chain asking patients for reviews
I used to use NexHealth. They would use a chain of texts when sending to patients requesting a review. They would send the first text at 7:30pm every day asking how the office did on a scale of 1-5. If the patient responded a 4 or 5 then they would get a second text asking the patient to leave a google or Facebook review. This helped us immensely getting new google reviews. Can you please incorporate this?

email campaigns
Since the new update, our office has not been able to use our email campaigns for important announcements. A major issue we are facing is that our prior email recipients have been removed against both our knowledge and our wishes. The answer I received from the customer service rep was to upload a CSV file and follow directions. This is problematic for many reasons and is very inconvenient. "Save the Date" function compatible with Cloud9
We are currently manually sending digital forms to new patients, but if we could schedule the appointment in Cloud9 and within 15-20 mins a text could go out to new patients with the digital form attached would be fantastic. Could save the team and patient's time, plus it provides peace of mind that they are getting the forms and reminders and the patient will appreciate the efficiency.
Plus for regular scheduled appointment it would be nice for patients to be able to add the appointment to their apple or google calendars,

payment requests and printing confirmations/details
I'd like to recommend including the confirmation number when listing the payments on the Payment Request page. See the screenshot attached. I record payments along with the confirmation number. I end up printing out separate payment details since there currently is no way to print out multiple patient details on one page. See other attachment. I need to have these copies to balance our daily deposit and make sure patients accounts were recorded correctly.

New to Weave so forgive me but, Notifications need to be GLOBAL not workstation specific
We have 2 receptionists that sit right next to each other and have 5 other front desk personnel who field Notifications for the office. When one takes care of the action needed for whatever that notification requires and then deletes it, it remains under everyone else's Notifications. Therefore, we have multiple people thinking there is still an action to be taken for that notification which is very counterproductive and a waste of time. I get it that some offices have one receptionist and this may not be a problem but for us it is. Right now, they are all struggling…

Would love to see a "Sent" Category under the Fax tab in the New Weave Experience plus a fax transmit status (Failed or Transmitted) in the "Sent" category so we can easily see if we need to resubmit a fax that didn't go thorugh.

admin control over message signatures
I want to be able to turn on a signature that all users must use. Many users don't use a signature because they can not be bothered to learn to set one up. I want to be able to set a default office signature that everyone has to use unless they set a different option up.

a text widget like unread voicemails would be great!

FUSE operatory rooms shown instead of providers
On our PMS (FUSE) we have our schedule set up by room/operatories however when this is then synced over to Weave it only shows the providers.
Our operatories are specific to the appointment type where as the providers do multiple types of procedures.
Having only the providers viewable also is an issue because all of our current and past employees show up as a "provider" causing confusion.
This then makes the Weave schedule look messy and unorganized making it so our team isn't wanting to use the schedule to its full potential.Main point: Having the option to view as…

Ability to turn off or customize "Schedule Now" button on emailed recall reminders
Weave's current email auto messages lack the ability to customize much in their templates. Ideally if we cannot gain full control over the appearance and function of email templates it would be helpful if we could toggle on or off the "Schedule Appointment" button, a lot of offices do not use Weave's appointment request feature as we already have existing online scheduling functionality that could be connected to Weave if emails were made more customizable.

Insurance Verification Dolphin Management 11.4
Right now Dolphin Management 11.4 doesn't sync up and autopopulate the information for insurance verification in Weave desktop app. This results in no real added benefit compared to using our previous insurance verification portal. It doesn't make sense to pay for this service when our other portal is included in our claims submission. The whole point of me switching to Weave for insurance verification is because I was told it integrates with Dolphin.
