An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Unsubscribe list for email marketing campaigns. I would like to be able to download a list of those that have unsubscribed so that I can use other platforms with more features and outsource to a 3rd party. I don't trust that the unsubscribe is working properly. We had issues 6 months ago and now there is a button we need to click saying we have consent. Your inability to produce this list is unacceptable.
An error occurred while saving the comment Your system was supposed to filter out the unsubscribed email marketing. I was told in the past that it did. What is the point otherwise. You tell us how many unsubscribed but you don't filter them. You are putting us in violation of federal laws in Canada! It was only on our last mailer that we were told this was an issue so I think something has changed. It also took you more than a week to tell me and confirm that this is now the case.
