  2. Unsubscribed Emails

    There needs to be a way to see the list of unsubscribed individuals, so that we can remove their e-mails from our system. It doesn't make sense for it to tell me how many unsubscribed if I have no way of removing them.

  4. Auto reply confirmation response

    I would love it if there were an "auto reply" function so that when patients actually confirm appts via text that they are told they confirmation has gone through. We have several patients that call after confirming because they worry that their confirmation wasn't received.

  6. Tag Faxes to A Co-Worker

    I like your new Tag feature in Messages, but can you also apply that to faxes? As it is now, the person checking faxes has to open up the fax, then send an inter-office text to the person who needs to handle it. If we could just assign it to the person, that would save a time-consuming step! Thank you.

  7. Customizable & Dynamic Fax Cover Sheet

    We should have the ability to create and upload customizable fax cover sheets. Fax cover sheets could be uploaded as Word doc files so that they can include a company header/footer, contact information, HIPAA notice, etc. They should also be dynamic with fillable field options such as <<TO>>, <<FROM>>, <<COMPANY>>, <<FAX_NUMBER>>, <<NUMBER_PAGES>>, <<SUBJECT>>, and <<NOTES>>.

  9. Need Access to Message Archive!

    Today a staff member accidentally hit "Archive" on a client text message, but did not see who it was before doing so. I reached out to Weave support and was told that there is no way to undo or restore archived messages and we would have to know the clients name or number to find the message. Not only do we not know who it was, but we get messages from existing and non-existing clients for booking, cancellation, questions, etc. so regularly on a business day that there is absolutely no way to surmise who it might have been.     Good afternoon! I would like to suggest a fix for a reoccurring problem; incoming telephone call interrupting the preparation of a new fax, i.e., if the telephone is answered while preparing a new fax, all of the information that has been typed into the fax will be lost and you have to start all over. Your consideration to this is very much appreciated!

  11. Removing Tag automatically once a text message conversation has been marked complete

    It would be very helpful to have the tag that we assign to a patient's text message conversation removed automatically at the end of each conversation because it won't always be the same TAG for that patient and it gets confusing to know whether something is really for a particular person or not

  14. Pulling Report of Opt-Outs by date range

    Would love a feature that allows us to pull a report to show all patients who have opted out of text messages.
    Patient name, date they opted out, etc.

    I believe you can only see the current or past week of undelivered messages and those who have opted out. If we could see an all-time list, that would be helpful for our in-office systems.

  15. Fax file size

    it would be great is we were able to send Faxes that are more than 25 MB because when we send medical records which can be anywhere from 10 sheets to 200 sheets of paper and that have to be grouped in one file because they have a notary stamp page with it.

    it would be great if this system worked more in conjunction with WebPT for scheduling appointment reminders.

    this system was suppose make office work easier but it has added a lot of steps compared to what we use to use especially in the faxing area. for example…

  16. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  17. Treatment Plan Reminders

    Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups.   18. Make Persist Fax Memo optional

    Persistent Fax Memo-
    Please make this optional. We do not like this feature as we do not send the same memo to any outgoing faxes. It has created confusion with some recipients as they received a message that didn't apply. Additionally, I believe this creates greater possibility for HIPAA violations. Compounding the problem is the fact that the entire memo is not displayed in the app if it is longer than just a few lines. It becomes possible to delete only a portion of a previous memo leaving inaccurate or sensitive information on the subsequent fax.

    Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?
