Quickfill upgrades
The Quick fil list: We should be able to add tags. and search those tags. So add tags for patients that want morn, or tags for patients that only want certain days.
Also it would be nice to be able to print the quickfil list with names, numbers, and notes.1 vote -
Send the info requested for online scheduling to the office
The current online scheduling system asks for a patients date of birth but does not send that date of birth to the office with the request. It would be nice to have all the patients information to get them scheduled.
Can you add date of birth and insurance to the info requested and sent to the office?1 vote -
Wider Scroll Bar in Weave Desktop
Is there any way to make the scroll bar in the Weave Desktop Client a bit wider? Almost all of our users find it quite challenging to find the "sweet spot" on the bar where you can scroll up and down the page.

WorkGroup tab
It would be fantastic to have WorkGroup tab in the Phone/Voicemail portion of Weave Desktop App so our workgroups can access the voicemails easier as well as see that there are voicemail(s) to address.

reminders
This idea was previously posted and marked COMPLETED in 2019, but the feature was not added. So I'll post it again - can you customize the days a reminder is sent so offices have control and can avoid reminders going out either when the office is closed or on a weekend. Yes you can pick what day(s) they are sent and it will pick the day closest to the one selected, but allowing control for exactly which day prior is a needed feature (i.e. Monday reminder on Friday, but Tuesday reminder on Sunday)

Ability to audit who opens faxes
Ability to see which weave user opened a fax, text, or online appointment request. This will allow managers and other employees to ensure accountability of any faxes or messages that are incorrect or opened but not responded to

Allow you to specify the vaccines that are due on email recall reminders.
Showing what vaccines are due is important info to include when telling clients that their pet is due for vaccines. The texting recall reminder has the ability to add this info but not on the email version.

Have clients phone numbers update in weave faster.
We have it where a client will update their number when they drop off their animal to be looked at. We update it in ImproMed but weave doesn't update that client's number until overnight, so when their animal is ready to be picked up later that day we cannot text them like we would like. It would be great for modified and new phone numbers to update faster in weave.

Delta Dental of Wisconsin- Individual Plan
A lot of our patients have Delta Dental of Wisconsin's individual plan. Claims address is 103 Steven's Point, WI 54481. Payor ID # WDENC. I am not seeing this on the list of payors. It would be fantastic if Weave can work on adding this payor to their list of insurance payors.

Enable Manual Texting for Home Number
We like to put patient's cell phone numbers in the Home Phone field when they don't want to receive automated texts. We have always had the ability to send a "manual text" by typing in the phone number in Weave, however. Now that you changed it to give a "this is not a mobile phone " message, we are UNABLE to send any manual texts unless the phone number is in the home phone slot. A simple fix would be to have the message pop up, for a warning, but not actually disable you from sending. Please fix.

Team chat notifications
The most recent weave "update" entailed a change in the "red dot" notifications when communicating within the team chat. Previously the dot would remain until all computers within the group opened the notification, now the dot goes away after one computer opens the notification. Is there a way to revert this back to how it was previously or give an option to have the notifications remain displayed until opened? We have several computers who communicate within each other and now notifications are getting missed if someone else opens it first. For example if one op room messages all of our…

Contact list upload to Weave
It would be helpful to be able to upload an excel file with all your fax contacts directly to Weave. This would be especially helpful when switching to Weave from another digital fax system.

Year out confirmations
Our patients get an appointment reminder a month before their year out appointment. If they confirm through text it confirms their appointment instead of just making it a regular appointment instead of a year out appointment. Can we please have an option to change this? Thank you.

COVID screening form
On our COVID screening form, please show/print the entire form in black font. Only when a patient answers "YES" to any of the 9 questions, please make the word 'YES" in red only so it really stands out on quick glance when reviewing the form. That way we know to follow up with the patient before the come in on that particular "yes". Thank you.

Ability to transfer calls to mobile
Allow transfer from in office phone- out to a mobile phone. This is useful in a situation where a doctor is out of office but needs to take a patient call.

Move Bday notifications to the ALL tab rather than actionable
Our bday text messages fill up our actionable texts daily and I think it would be a better use of our time to have it appear in the "all" tab rather than "actionable". If a patient responds to it then it appears in the Actionable anyway and then we can send them some birthday emojis!! :o)

Payments Integrate with Avimark
On behalf of Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic, s00300004. We process a ton of credit card transactions a day. Having a Payments feature that integrates with Avimark is crucial so we can balance accounts and print detailed receipts. Can this please be put on the timeline?
