    Most other phone systems allow OS integration for click to call on any phone number. Weave should add the option to be the default phone dialer for the OS.

  2. Expand office hours every other friday off

    I need to be able to set more custom office hours including every other friday off for example. Its two extra steps to access the menu, change the office hours, and remove the lunch break. Then reverse the process the following week. Also standard holidays such as Christmas, New Years Day, etc should be standard options to have off. Thanks

    Just like how you can see all the text messages being sent to a patient. We need one for emails too. We need to see the actual email being sent with the date stamp, time stamp, who sent it, and was it deliver or not.

  4. Adding Contacts through Text Message on Desktop App

    Adding/saving contacts on the computer and not just through the mobile app. Not sure why on the app I can save a contact through a text message but not on the computer.

  8. Jane EHR Integration

    This is a very easy to use software, especially for small businesses. I would LOVE to be able to use forms because Jane does NOT have a good source for it. Also we have to manually do our adding in patients because Jane adds the country code and removing it from our extensive patient list is hard. PLEASE make this happen. They are a Canadian company, not sure if it makes a difference.

  13. Enable Short Code

    WEAVE isn’t compatible with short code numbers, which are usually the verification codes. We have many vendors using our office number. With WEAVE not being short code compatible, we do not receive verification codes - this would help us tremendously

  16. Quick Glance for Sent Appointment reminders

    Previously on Weave you could look at the schedule for the next day and see who was notified via text (they had a message bubble next to there name), if you needed to call because they had a landline (had no message bubble), or they opted out of text messaging(had an X in the message bubble). I think that was a great tool that was helpful for us to get those alternative notification out to those patients if needed.

    When we go to fax, it would be a great feature to also give the option to scan directly to the fax instead of having to scan a document, save it, then go locate it and attach it.

  18. Auto review texts should not send to patients that have not showed.

    The previous post about this is marked completed, but my review texts are still sending to patients that are not showing up. Your support team was contacted this morning and they told me that it queues an hour before the patient's appointment so therefore if the patient is confirmed one hour before the scheduled appointment time they will get a message no matter what. We don't know the patient is not going to show up until AFTER the appointment. Queueing before the actual appointment time isn't actually functionable.
