Data sync fills up hard drive, renders HD unusable
We use Dentrix with Windows 10. Using the macOS Weave app filled the hard drive in /Library/Application Support/Weave with thousands of ~55MB zip files over 4 months. This is a hidden folder and rendered the Mac computer unusable until we could find out where the increase in storage was happening. The Mac computer has a 500GB hard drive. Currently the solution is to manually delete the downloaded zip files. If the app still works after manually deleting the zip files then why create them in the first place?

impromed and weave integration - weave should not read emergency contacts as client phone numbers for text/call purposes as this may cross over into other files. This is an actual thing that has happened see case 415881, causing our staff to not recognize what client they were talking to.

Statements with payment reminder texts
I would like a feature that when statements are generated in Eaglesoft that an hour or day later an automatic text reminder to make a payment is also sent.

Email alert
If I send an email to a patient through Weave, how do I know if the patient received the email or if it bounces back because it is incorrect? Is there a way for Weave to tell me if the email bounces back?

Online Scheduling for non-integrated Practices
Let practices that are not integrated be able to just open the blocks they want available to the patients. Then when a patient schedules and the appt is confirmed by the office they can add it to their PM system.

voicemail override should make office status "closed"
VMO should change office status to "Closed" so that the appropriate call group, options and text messages go out when the override is on. It used to function that way, but I think that changed when the scheduling option was added. Please bring that option back!!!!

Be able to view full Confirmation Code without copy and paste
with the new online app I can't view the full Confirmation Code for payments received -- I only use the last 6digits for my records and have to copy and paste the whole code just to record the last 6digits and I have to put this record in 3 dif. places, so it's not ideal.

Monthly transaction payments rather than individually charging us.
As of now, we're charged a fee every time we utilize weave payments. Rather than being charged individually every transaction, it would make keeping our accounting processing much simpler if we were charged a monthly fee of an estimated transaction cost. If we go over, charge additionally but if we are under keep it as an account credit. It's chaotic to our accounting team trying to ensure what's being taken out daily rather than monthly.

Have the review button on the automatic review sender available to link to your website instead.
On Review sending automatic reminders, we should be able to customize the button that is automatically generated. It would be nice to direct them though our website so our reviews can be monitored through our program.

Visa processing address feature needs work
Our office uses Weave for processing our insurance payments that come in the form of a visa payment. We have added the insurance companies as "patients" and then just process the payment. We use our office address for processing the payments. There are times when we have to enter the address over and over and over before it will accept it and process the payment. Other times, it's smooth. Can this bug be worked out? It's been going on for a long time now. Thank-you.

Unique Text Message Capability
Our office issues unique phone numbers to many office staff, so it would be nice if we can have both calling and texting to that phone number instead of just calling, as it is confusing to patients that they can call one phone number, but text a different phone number.

Export CSV file & PDF of Phone Analytics for record keeping & productivity reports.
Is it possible to add the CSV feature for call analytics on device extensions? I understand that having a PDF of the graph looks good but it’s not practical for record keeping and user accountability. Or, could you add the device extension to the table graph? I’m able to pull the extension aggregates on Sources, so the data is there. It’s just the option to export it out that’s missing. I’ll attach the raw data for your visualization. Let me know if you have other questions.

Voicemail Notification - for EMERGENCY after hour calls

Update schedule when a patient reschedules no matter how you reschedule it
We have Dolphin and it would be nice anytime you reschedule an appointment that it updates the schedule even if you don't cancel it first then reschedule. Right now we click reschedule or click and drag the patient into a new spot because it is convenient, but frustrating that the schedule still shows them in that spot because we did not physically cancel the appointment first. So the schedule shows we have 73 patients for the day, when in reality we have 61. Things now a days are about convenience and ease. It would be really nice not matter what…

Easier to search for specific patients
We have many patients with the same names and dates of birth and it's extremely difficult to differentiate between the patients without having their date of birth or visible when searching for them. It'd be helpful to have their "FUSE ID" from our practice management system viewable on Weave too since this is one way we can easily differentiate between patients.

I would like to have a different notification sound between a group chat message and a private message on the desktop app. It use to be like that but it changed.

Leaving a daily message on the phone without filling up data
We have been leaving a "Closed" message every night for years that includes when we will reopen. Apparently, this was constantly saving the messages and not deleting them with the new one. After 10+ years, we used up our data and could no longer do that. Apparently, we do not have the ability to delete all those messaged, only a Weave representative does. We'd love the convenience to leave our daily message and be able to periodically go in an delete the unneeded messages ourselves.
