    Are office hrs are listed for the general public but I am here earlier. I would like to have a code or something to bypass the VM and ring into the office for employees who may be late, sick etc.

  4. Converting files to PDF

    Hi- This is Jo. Our office has been using Weave for a while now and even though we love the features; my frustration comes from having to convert png to pdf now. Having to download the wellness forms and then convert to pdf, then save again and finally importing the file is very inconvenient! Especially in an office that is sooo busy! It would be great if you looked into this and make a change. Thanks in advance.

  6. Weave Admin Portal Reporting Modifications

    In the Weave admin Portal I would love the ability to look back farther than 2 weeks. I would like to be able to compare month over month to see the volume of messages that are going out daily. This is especially vital as we are working through the anniversary of the shutdown and the number of patients that we saw in March, April and May of 2020 are drastically smaller than the months previous and I would like to ensure that the modified recall reminders are going out to a wider range of patients.

  7. Change receipt font, size and bold

    Be able to change the font, size or bold for the receipts. Everything I print through my receipt printer is great, except receipts from Weave. Only the business name is clear to read.

  10. Feature under "Lists"

    In the weave portal, under the Lists area, there are few options for collections as well as unscheduled patients for recall. In the past I remember that it would break it down further and show the no of unscheduled patients for 6 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo etc.
    Also under collections, it would break it down to amount over due by months. For some reason there is filter option but doesn't show the breakdown anymore.

    Please add that feature back, it was insightful.

    The color scheme for the font in analytics is unreadable. It is white on light grey. Make the font black please.
    Also need metric with total call minutes rather than just number of calls to accurately reflect phone activity.

  12. Better "Delete" phone number in the dial pad so you can call the next person

    Delete phone number in the dial pad - not have to do back space a bunch of times before calling the next person. When I have to work off of my cell phone it slows me down to have to back out of each number one digit at a time before dialing the next number.

  13. Record extension to extension (interoffice) calls

    Record extension to extension calls between employees. Many times, these are transferred calls, messages, or assigning tasks. Recording these type calls is a great training opportunity, as well as a safeguard to ensure our company culture is practiced throughout our offices.

  14. Second prompt/refunds

    We had an overcharge yesterday because it was keyed in wrong. Could there be a second prompt after you click process payment? Maybe prompting are you sure you want to process with cost showing. I realize its an extra step but an extra click would take no time at all. Also when you go to refund an charge in the admin. portal the drop down menu gives you options of why we are refunding and I feel it would help to have one that says overcharge or operator error. Thank You

  16. Send Missed Call Text to Abandoned Calls

    Would really like the "missed call text" to go out to ABANDONED calls even more than the "missed ones." if they made a selection so the appt was "missed" then they almost certainly left us a message. It is the Abandoned calls that we are more concerned about!

  17. Pause phone recording when taking credit card numbers over the phone

    We have an issue with PCI compliance with credit cards if a patient calls in with their credit card number over the phone. This creates a security risk. I can think of a couple possible fixes for this. First, an option to pause the recording while taking the patient information. Second an option to just turn off the recording for a particular phone call. Third an option to press a button to introduce white noise into the recording while taking the information.     iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

    We have switched over to Dentrix Ascend cloud base application and Weave doesn't work to integrate with DA but partially with CSV file is there a way that we can fully integrate with DA at all current location and other 23 in pipeline.
