This office has multiple Review sites beyond Google and FB that are important for them and their industry for reputation. They'd love for Weave to be able to partner with those sites as well or to have a way to use Weave Reviews to direct traffic to those sites. Their big ones are HealthGrades, Vitals, and Yelp.1 vote -
Printing Quick Fill
It would be great if we had the ability to print our quick fill with the notes and phone number for patient. This way, we could keep track of appointments that were offered.

Bulk Update Actionable Messages for Onboarding Team

This office is wanting to be able to bulk update actionable messages to mark them as complete and move them out of that tab. They're sending birthday reminders and Missed Call Texts that are frequently failing to send to numbers and will often be dealing with 50+ messages in the actionable tab that don't require a response.2 votes -
Filter Texting
Is there anyway we can filter out text messages? I have a team member that only deals with financials and doesn't need to see all of the texts for scheduling, ect. I don't like the idea that we either have to turn the SMS off or your getting every single text possible. Is there anyway we can apply the tagging feature for an individual to only receive text messages that they are tagged in?

Texting Notification
When receiving text messages, I love having the notification, BUT the reply option seems like a pointless option because you can't see much of the response. It seems like an extra step for no reason. When the notification pops up, is there anyway to skip the "reply" and go straight to the "view" or ignore" step?

It would be great if you had a link to a patients email to set up payment. You currently only have a text to pay.

Patient forms to patient not guarantor
Sending forms to patients -- When sending a form to a patient - if you choose the patient under the patient side the form automatically is sent to guarantor (regardless of age). If you choose the patient under the schedule and send them a form it will go directly to the patient. Please fix so that only those that are under 18 get forms sent to the guarantor. It would be nice to choose which guarantor (Mom or Dad) that are standing here in office.

We have a large population of Vietnamese patients and would love to be able to add Vietnamese as a language option for automated messages.

Save the Date option for Cloud9 Software
Currently there is not a Save the Date option for Cloud9 software. Is this something that could potentially come down the line for this software. A lot of our patients like to add the appt date and time to their calendars as soon as the appt is made. This feature would greatly help with this.

Notes option within text feed
It would be very beneficial for there to be a "notes" option that appears directly in the text message feed that is only visible to the office staff. We noticed there is a notes option if we click on the patients name and select notes, but it would be very helpful for this option to be directly within the text feed. It saves times and increases productivity to be able to see the patients texts and the offices comments all in one spot.

Recall & Inactive patients
When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

Restore DOB & Gender Fields in Online Scheduler for Better Demographic Data

In an older version of the Online Scheduler, the fields for DOB and Gender were available for the office to utilize with all appointment request submissions. For optometry offices this provided very useful demographic data, and assisted in prepping for individual appointments (boys and girls tend to wear different styles of glasses). This office does not understand why we eliminated this feature.2 votes
