Save the Date option for Cloud9 Software
Currently there is not a Save the Date option for Cloud9 software. Is this something that could potentially come down the line for this software. A lot of our patients like to add the appt date and time to their calendars as soon as the appt is made. This feature would greatly help with this.

Notes option within text feed
It would be very beneficial for there to be a "notes" option that appears directly in the text message feed that is only visible to the office staff. We noticed there is a notes option if we click on the patients name and select notes, but it would be very helpful for this option to be directly within the text feed. It saves times and increases productivity to be able to see the patients texts and the offices comments all in one spot.

Recall & Inactive patients
When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

Restore DOB & Gender Fields in Online Scheduler for Better Demographic Data

In an older version of the Online Scheduler, the fields for DOB and Gender were available for the office to utilize with all appointment request submissions. For optometry offices this provided very useful demographic data, and assisted in prepping for individual appointments (boys and girls tend to wear different styles of glasses). This office does not understand why we eliminated this feature.2 votes -

app alerts do not last long enough
The alerts that pop up for the weave app only lasts 2 milliseconds which is NOT ENOUGH TIME to read what the app is trying to tell you so it MIGHT AS WELL NOT BOTHER. Leave them up until dismissed! If it is on a payment it is probably important information.

Office would like to know if an appointment was confirmed by Weave. With Avimark it does not show that or anywhere in Weave or Weave portal does it show it either for the customer. Even though they do get a text from patients. They would like to be able to see that it did writeback and was confirmed.

Office wants to have the option to choose which contact she sends the forms to, stating that the software is defaulting to sending forms requests for adult members of household "in care of" parent/HOH/Spouse and that is a hipaa violation. Also cx wants the ability to edit the default template for forms requests, as she states the verbiage is too similar how we present auto reminders2 votes -
Signature for Faxes
We get a lot of prescription refill requests via fax and it would be nice to be able to add the signature without having to print and then scan back into the computer.

Dolphin Schedule Syncing for Online Scheduling Feature
The online scheduling feature needs to integrate with Dolphin because patients are selecting random times that we don't actually have available and that is frustrating to both the patient and our staff having to call back.

The returning patients are unable to see their old answers when they fill out the forms. Dentrix used to allow them to see their old answers so there were things they didn't have to remember (for example, medications). The office is requesting a feature that allows returning customers view their previous answers.
