  1. set advance days for insurance verification

    The insurance verification feature is awesome! However, it would be helpful to be able to set the advance days. We would prefer to automatically verify insurance 3 days in advance. That gives us time to contact the patient to get updated information before their appointment.

  3. LISTS NOT HELPFUL

    We really would love to be able to filter the reminder lists to only ONE or TWO of our recall options. I am looking at a list full of people that need xrays, but were just in and ACTUALLY DON'T need an appointment, therefore creating more work for me. I can NOT rely on the list. I have to double check EVERY single patient before I send the text....NOT HELPFUL.

  5. Choose whose name is shown on a notifications/calls/texts depending on patient status

  8. Improve Existing Client Customer Service

    There needs to be a huge improvement on how your company deals with clients after signing them on. We hear from your organization non-stop when you're attempting to sell your product, but when an issues arises it takes days-weeks to hear back from anyone!

  9. Missed Call Text

    It would be nice for a specific extension that just leave messages to not get the missed call text. They are just repeating what they said on the voicemail. It makes double the work because now 2 people are working on the same thing.

  10. Navigate From Weave to PMS Medical Record via Patient Profile or Messages

    A med cos customer would like to have the ability to click through and navigate from a Patient Profile or a patient's name in Messages straight to that patient's medical record in their PMS (in this case it is NexTech). This would make it really convenient for front desk employees when they need to locate a patient in their PMS who they've just been communicating with in Weave.
