  4. 2 day reminders

    To whom it may concern,

    We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled. We have talked to support a few times and they said that weave is not set up that way and…

    Allow transfer from in office phone- out to a mobile phone. This is useful in a situation where a doctor is out of office but needs to take a patient call.

  8. Integration Issue with Deceased Pets in Onboarding at Cornerstone

    What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
    Deceased pets if they don't have a death date are pulling into Weave even though they are marked as deceased. These were imported to Cornerstone from another system initially and they came without that deceased date filled out. Cornerstone is newer for this office. There are now hundreds of deceased pets who are being pulled for recalls due to this.

  11. Become more user friendly!

    New patients are getting kicked out while filling out forms. That is very frustrating to them and does not look good for us. I was told by one of your employees that they cannot refresh the page because that will cause that to happen. You need to make this more user friendly, not all patients are computer savvy, nor should they have to be. Open Dental and mConsent are so user friendly that even my mom (75 years old) was able to use it.

    I wanted to reach out and suggest Weave incorporate a "save the date" appointment reminder for Curve users. I was told that Curve is the reason that Weave does not offer that option. However, we have used Solution Reach and Lighthouse with Curve and both of those offered an immediate appointment reminder when an appointment was made. So if it works with those 2 softwares and Curve it seems plausible it would work with Weave.

  15. Notification for when appointment reminders stop sending

    A notification is sent to the admin's email or on the weave app alerting the office that their appointment reminders have stopped going out. I was chatting with a multi-office and they mentioned that their appointment reminder had stopped going out and they didn't realize it for like a week which caused a lot of their patients to not show up for their appointments. If they had been alerted then they could have called support to fix it and had fewer no-shows.

  16. Medication reminders

    Automated texts to remind patients to take their medicine. The doctor can set up how often the reminder goes out and can say what the medicine is and how many pills they should be taking.

  17. Have quick fill options available for overdue patients

    We would like the option to be able to add available appointment times to overdue patient messages and the ability in the template to add openings as in quick fill. This way, in addition to our quick fill list, we could reach out with openings to patients on our overdue list.

  18. Take out inactive members from birthday wishes

    The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

    This office is frustrated that the daily update from Sycle to Weave doesn't occur until 10 am CST for them. This makes it tricky to do any day of appointment reminders and very difficult to know what is the accurate schedule when changes from the previous day don't sync until after they've been in their workday for several hours.
