  2. Enable ability to control Save the Date send time windows

    We just had enabled save the date reminder SMS, and had multiple new patients who scheduled an appointment on Saturday and received reminders at 6:30am on Sunday morning.

    This feature is basically unusable until similar functionality around earliest send-time is added like you have on regular SMS.

    Sometimes office have a lot of the same appointment types. Once they use the search bar to narrow down the appt types they want to see it would be nice if there was a "Select All" button. I've worked with two offices so far that have had to manually select around 20+ for new patient/cleaning appt types.
    This might be more tailored to Dentrix offices.

  8. Automated Thank You Email for Appointment Confirmations Requested

    This office group (2 locations) would like the option to program a reply email if someone confirms their appointment. So the customer would reply to the confirmation request positively (C, Yes, etc) and then an automatic reply would be sent from Weave saying something like "Thank you for confirming your appointment..."

  16. Drop and Drag Reschedule appointments. Has been working now it is not.

    When rescheduling appointments. In the past if we dragged and dropped patient appointments it did work. Now it is not working. Evan the tech has asked me to ask for this to work again in the feedback section. Please vote yes to restore this important feature.

  17. Print Phone Reports

    The Weave Desktop App will break phone calls down by which phone answered how many calls that day, and also how many calls a phone placed that day. It would be super helpful to have a way to be able to print or save this as a way to track productivity. It is also very helpful to see how many missed calls there were and what times that happened.

  18. Download photos to jpg file

    Any photos that are sent via text can only be downloaded as a png file. Eaglesoft does not recognize that file. I would like the option to change the file to either a jpg or pdf when downloading. Thank you!

  19. Alert when patients turn 18 to update required paperwork

    It would be very helpful to have an alert when sending appointment reminders that a patient has turned 18 since their last visit so we can have them update legal paperwork.

    It would be very helpful if the message templates were available when using the app on a phone. Several of our staff use phones exclusively, and access to those templates would increase their productivity and consistency.
