    Hello,

    The text connect feature sends patient messages to the "all" tab so we are not notified there is a response required. Please update text connect messages to go to the "actionable" tab. It, unfortunately, does not make sense to keep having to check through hundreds of messages.

  3. Online Bill Pay - Add Invoice# text box

    Hello. Our practice is starting to use Weave Payments and will be dropping our other service provider.

    We noticed that the Online Bill Pay does not have an option for patients to put the invoice number. Our old service provider has this.

    This greatly help us identify the invoice the patient is paying for. We hope that you add this soon. Thank you.

  4. Option for Patient Update Forms

    We considered a solution for our patients who dislike updating forms, which is unfortunately required by law. One idea we had was to provide an option for established patients to forward their most recent form submission and simply mark "nothing has changed" at the bottom of the form or edit the pre-filled information with the updated details, instead of starting from scratch every time.

    Thanks for your valuable feedback. I'm glad to inform you that our upcoming Forms update will address this issue. Very soon, established patients will be able to easily verify pre-filled information, make changes if any, and submit the forms quickly.

    It would be great to be able to have the private feature option be at the top even if google and facebook are linked. Clients are hesitant to submit a public review or don't have a google/facebook account. Since it's not at the top, it can be easily disregarded.

    Currently review requests are only sent if a client confirms the appointment. Majority of our clients do not confirm but still show up and therefore do not get review requests. We need a way to have review requests sent to every client with an appointment confirmed or not (with the exception of if it was cancelled or rescheduled).

  7. A feature that would allow us to delete texts. select 1 or all text replies instead of just archiving .them.

    Like in Google the ability to delete texts received with a checkbox and the option to delete all . It's time consuming to archive .

  8. Online Scheduling...Eaglesoft.

    Please have the online scheduling identify "open" operatories in Eaglesoft not every operatory in the system. Without this feature online scheduling is useless to our office because the scheduler shows every opeatory available even though it is not available in Eaglesoft.

  9. Mobile App message Templates

    I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely…

  13. Autoreminders for multiple appointments on the same day

    We had a client that had 2 appointments on the same day but only received a message for one appointment (the later one). I was told by customer support that Weave follows a set of logic to determine which reminder is prioritized. It would be nice if we had control over which message to prioritize (the earlier appointment time).

  18. Form Appointment Reminders: Allow Sending to Mother when Father is Listed as Head of Household

    Office would like forms appt reminders to go to the mother but they have to list the father as the head of household, but typically the father does not fill it out. It's a big pain point because now they'll have to manually send that to the mother.

    When a customer calls in, they aren't able to see the phone number sometimes, since the Caller ID takes over. For example they had one today that said Wireless Caller, and they couldn't figure out the phone number via mobile app!

  20. Concern Over Desktop App: Can't Add Breaks/Lunches & Need for Change Notifications

    Cannot add breaks and lunches in the app anymore and this is a real time saver for this office. He would appreciate notifications of changes within Weave as well and steps on how to do the same task the new way he feels this is very misleading and unhelpful to our paying customers.
    He would love acknowledgment that this was received by someone and not just thrown into a pile.
