Office wants to be able to edit DOB/Name/etc details and have them writeback to Eaglesoft. Currently those auto-pull to the patient's form but do not allow for editing if a detail is wrong.2 votes -

Office has a form specifically for when a patient needs to update their information such as phone number or address change. When patients fill these forms out and send them back in, it duplicates their profile instead up updating the information. This is frustrating because it's making them have to go in and delete multiple profiles over and over again.2 votes -

They would like to have the user roles hide/block apps on the desktop or mobile software so that staff doesn't go around opening things. Or have the ability to toggle things on/off, like mobile app access, for the same reasons.
i.e. Hiding fax from the staff members that don't need to manage the fax queue, or hide payments from everyone except the payments users.2 votes -

Working with a potential customer at a show, he wanted to know if we're looking at providing an API connection to pull information from Weave to send to Asana and Trello. He mentioned iPaaS Platform systems and the fact that we're already cloud-based. He's curious if that's something that we're looking at providing in the future.2 votes -
Weave chat should not disconnect when searching help pages
Support chat always disconnects if I try using Weave help in the background. Please fix!

Team member should not be able to view revenue
The lowest category member which is team member should not be able to view revenue. This is very important as it practically exposes numbers that front desk staff should not be able to view. there should be a category that allows it maybe for finance manager or office manager but a regular team member should not be able to view full revenue and income history.

Eaglesoft INCONTACT compatibility
WE can't even use the list in weave for people that need to be contacted after their 6 months is up. INCONTACT must be the only source for a list of past due patients for teeth cleaning. lists currently do not read Eaglesoft after they are scheduled or contacted. some are dead, some are inactive. please write a program for eaglesoft to send the incontact list to your list of past due for cleaning or past due.otherwise list is useless its too much manual intervention that we don't have any time for . Thank you

Track individual sent messages
Have a screen where you can see all your personal sent texts. I work with multiple people in a doctors office and when trying to reschedule appointments within multiple time slots it's hard to find my own texts in chronological order. Yes I could search their individual name but I wouldn't be able to see what time slot I offered to the previous person etc.

Make Text messages private until Tag
Right now everyone sees all messages including outgoing. Why not make outgoing text messages private or ability to make a conversation private and Tag people as needed for follow up?

call recording redactions
Please develop the technology to block the recording of credit card data in the recorded conversations. During our PCI Compliance Assessment we learned that is illegal (a security risk) to record credit card data. Thank you

Birthday List
I need the birthday list to highlight the name I'm on and stay there between calls so I don't loose my place. It scrolls back to the top of the alphabetized list after each patient I help and then I have to scroll through the entire list again.

We are able to select specific patients we want to send a bulk message to through the mobile app, but on the desktop app you can only filter by status, practitioners, operatories, and data sources.
It would be beneficial to add the option to select specific patients on the desktop app as well rather than using the mobile app2 votes -

The office has multiple groups of Patient that share the same work place and as such when they call in the caller ID is showing the wrong Patient. They want the options to have caller ID pick only from Personal or Work in Denrix2 votes -
Numbers aren't for everyone?
I think it would be a great idea if all Weave users could not look at analytics part of phones. Sometime a team has a hard time with calls being answered by certain team members and not others. They do not take other things into consideration that managers/supervisors with admin rights do.

Remove the option to select the number to text
With the new update when you clock the messasge icon to text a patient you now have to select which number to text, home or cell and I think it just adds steps to the process as you can realistically only "text" a mobile number.

Move/Choose the location of the Weave Pop-Up
Right now, when Weave pops up -on my screen, it blocks the x box and other features of Cornerstone that I need to access. I find myself quickly ignoring the feature so I can access Cornerstone information and get the appointment set, ect.

Office has OfficeMate, and also a few customers that accidentally put things in wrong answer fields (like phone number in middle name field), and would like to make it so special characters cannot sync to OfficeMate in wrong field, as it completely messes up Officemate/makes them unable to use Officemate (according to office).2 votes -
