every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes
Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not. More ways to send payment link
I think there should be a way to enter in a number to text to if it isn't on their account, or be able to choose other options from their account like an email.
For example I have a patient who doesn't want his cell phone in the cell phone field because he doesn't like notifications so we put it in his work phone field. But when he called in a wanted the link texted I had to enter it in that field and then wait for it to refresh into weave and then remember to remove it after I…1 vote -
Populate ALL Same Name Patients
When we search for patients with the same last name only a few options come up. We would like to see ALL patients with the same last name.

This office was concerned that they aren't able to filter the Recall List in Weave by the Recall Type. They found that the Recall list was very confusing for this reason bc a patient might be overdue for Panorex (X-Rays), but not overdue for Prophy and they don't necessarily care about all recall due dates equally.2 votes -

Numbers in dentrix in weave
Please fix how the weave program chooses a name for a number in dentrix. We are constantly sending forms to patients and it will "choose" a name and send the form to that person, even if they are younger, a child, or non-patient.

When the office cancels an appointment within NexTech, they cut and paste the patient's information on a new date and reschedule the appointment, but they started to notice that if they do that, Weave will still send the appointment reminders for those appointments that were "canceled/removed" . Office has a form specifically for when a patient needs to update their information such as phone number or address change. When patients fill these forms out and send them back in, it duplicates their profile instead up updating the information. Support chat always disconnects if I try using Weave help in the background. Please fix!

Team member should not be able to view revenue
The lowest category member which is team member should not be able to view revenue. This is very important as it practically exposes numbers that front desk staff should not be able to view. there should be a category that allows it maybe for finance manager or office manager but a regular team member should not be able to view full revenue and income history.
