  1. Physician contacts

    Our EHR maintains a list of physician office contact information as well as patient contact information. It would be incredibly helpful if Weave integration could sync the former in addition to the latter so that the most recent physician contacts can be pulled automatically rather than updated manually via CSV upload in the online portal.

  2. Support/Extension for Weave Unify Clients

    When calling Weave Support, Please add an Extension for Multi Location users. It would also be nice to for the same option in the support text chat.

  3. WEAVE PHONE/TEXT ISSUE NOT EFFIECENT

    Since the most recent update, texting both mom and dad on Weave is no longer efficient. Before all you had to do was click on the main contact and then click the center circle to access everyone in the family. Now you have to click the center circle(custom contact), hit that circle again-it will now say(patient profile), then hit overview, then click on the "other" parent. Efficiency is key when you're understaffed, all this extra clicking to access information is absurd. Please change it back to how it used to be. This update makes it twice as complicated.

  4. Patients with the same phone number

    So if they have the same phone number in their weave account or even in their PMS they are going to all have the same phone number where messages and reminders, intake forms are being sent to. And all will be sent to the head of household in the account not the named person with the appointment. However, it is not consistently going to the head of the household, sometimes it goes to the named person that had the last appointment.   5. Updated Analytics ideas (Phone tree)

    We would like to have an updated analytics report to identify what option the phone callers are pressing in the phone tree. Also, If playing a media file when that option is pressed in the phone tree, can be identified as an answered call and not a missed call.

  6. Fix over due patient list

    We used to be able to work the over due patient lists and after looking at a text thread or sending a text we could click "back" and it would go back to the list that we were working on. Now when we click "back" it takes us all the way back to the "actionable" text message list. Then we have to go home and back to the lists and the one we were working on. It seems very inefficient and I wish it would go back to the way it was.

  7. Online forms

    When patients fill out the online forms and some of their personal information changed, weave should not update that in the system. If the patient makes a mistake on spelling, DOB, address or phone number can really make for a mess with insurance, getting InTouch with the patients or sending out statements. I would rather update it myself.

  8. Online forms

    When weave sees a patient has not been in for 6 months to a year paper work should be automatic text to them. The previous system we used would do that for us and it save a ton of time when getting paper work out to the patients.

  9. Canadian credit card payments

    I have 2 specific items of feedback from our experience with using WEAVE at the Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic:
    1.. PLEASE work on integrating your payment process with AVIMARK to avoid us having to re-enter the WEAVE payment back in to AVIMARK in order to process their invoice as being PAID.

    1. Our business is only 30 miles south of the Canadian border so many of our clients are International. WEAVE payments will not allow us to process their credit and debit cards, and that is a HUGE problem for us. It is not good for our business if clients cannot…

  11. Trap and log messaging errors

    Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

    The mobile app, when you log in, should log you in as if you are using your extension and not add you to the default call group.

    When you log into the mobile app you are added to the default call group and not all offices want this to happen. You can have another call group created as a workaround but it's still a manual process.

    To whom it may concern,

    We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled.   16. Payments Integrate with Avimark

    On behalf of Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic, s00300004. We process a ton of credit card transactions a day. Having a Payments feature that integrates with Avimark is crucial so we can balance accounts and print detailed receipts. Can this please be put on the timeline?

  19. Toggle Phone Tree On/Off

    We would like to able to turn our Phone Tree on and off during the day, for when we have the personnel to answer live. We are getting a lot of hangups and are missing customers because they want to talk to a live human. Now we have to call/chat to weave to get it off, then call back to turn it on, which is a pain. Other alternative is to delete phone tree which is worse. Thanks
