  2. Clinical Schedule Access only

    Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.
    One hygienist pointed out that she sees analytics and other info that she doesn't feel she needs or wants access to.

  3. Use Office # for OTP verifications.

    We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

  4. Messenger App

    I was informed by our IT company that Dentrix/Henry Schein aka the Evil Empire is going to no longer support their in app Dental Link messenger. Please consider offering a way using your messenger on workstations that don't have phones associated with them. Thank you!

  5. Online Scheduling Improvement

    The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.

    Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

  7. online scheduling

    Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

  8. After hour calls

    We are having issues when patients leave us a message after hours. The process is very tedious. We have to click on the text message, which takes us to the website. We then have to log in and then we get the "welcome to the weave portal" page. There isn't anywhere to find the message, even when clicking on messages. So then, we have to go back to the text and click the link again which will then take us to the voicemail. Then, to call the patient back, we have to get a pen and paper and write down…

  9. Field for payment details needed

    Sending weave invoices is great! But sometimes it is confusing who the payment is actually for. For example, we may send the invoice to the parent of a child. When the payment comes in, it can be confusing as to who the payment is actually for.

    It would be helpful if when making the payment, the patient could add in a text box either the name/dob or account # that the payment should be applied to. Or a notes field for them to add any further details that would help us match the payment accuratly

    Make a task list for the day for the patients that are on the schedule that day. Things to do such as - which family members are due for recall, pts birthday, balance due, missing ph # or missing email, missing address

  11. Add credit card type and last 4 digits to payment summary

    Credit Card Type and last 4 digits of the card are requested by our practice management software. Is it possible to add these numbers to the payment summary report in the admin portal - so I could print or export rather than printing every receipt?

  12. ACCURATE MESSAGE/CALL HISTORY

    Outgoing call logs should store in the accurate file EVEN WHEN THE AREA CODE IS NOT USED. It's odd the system does not track patient calls in "history" unless the entire number is entered on the phone. That is just silly and completely an inaccurate way to be able to track calls with the WEAVE Application.

  13. Deleting a photo

    So, I am the office Manager at the Niles Vision Clinic. I up-loaded a photo to my account, thinking that I can delete it. But you can't delete a photo. You can only re-place it. I think it would be good, to be able to delete a photo if need be.

    I love the Weave aps an all that can be done within your program. I would love to see the program adopt a system that we can pull reports of patients that have unscheduled treatment or people that have cancelled and need to reschedule. We used Dental Intel before Weave and they had a great report system. Thanks

  16. Restore original search function

    The latest update to the search function of weave is not a useful addition. Working in an office I can say that I don't need a quick link to settings, I find it cumbersome to have to click "see more" and retype the patient I was trying to search. If there is a way to turn off this feature I would like to do so.

  17. Weave Widget Conversion Tracking

    Please add conversion tracking to the Weave Widget! We're running a Google search campaign, and were hoping Weave offered an integration for conversion tracking? Ideally we'd like to track people who came to the website via an ad, and then converted to a lead via the Weave widget.

  19. Sending PDFs through text and email

    We can not send PDF's to our clients through text messaging..only images of pictures we take. Please make the text messaging capable of sending PDF documents.
    We can not send attachments with emails. For us, this defeats the purpose of sending an email. Please allow for PDFs to be attached to an email.

  20. Issues with Team Chat

    We always have a problem with our Weave Team Chat feature either not being available or glitching. We were told the way to resolve it is to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, which is not convenient especially when we are busy and need to get a message to another member quickly. Some of the issue when someone send us a message is when we click on "View Message" it doesn't show the message that was actually sent at that time. It shows an older message and we have to leave the chat group and come back. Help us…
