Provide more data in overdue lists such as which pet overdue for what so you can better use the phone, text, and email buttons.
In an overdue list, when you click on the gray circle with the clients initials, why can't the same information come up that comes up in a client profile? Currently, only the date of the overdue service appears, but we can't call, text, or email the client if we don't know which pet and which service is overdue. We have to back out of the list (twice) and then reenter the client profile through the customer list to find out which pet is due for which service. But then there is no way to phone, text or email from that…

Online Schedule filter Dr by appointment type.
They need to be able to filter Drs based on their appointment type because they have certain Drs that only see specific appointment types. So that if I select a specific appointment type, I’m only able to see the Drs that service that type of appointment.
The second thing is really a descriptor of the first, each Dr for them has 2 columns of time, and the first is only booked for longer types of appointments like full exams, and the second column is for things like contact fit check. They would like to be able to have the scheduler…1 vote -
Linking forms with the Dolphin System
Hello!
I have been trying to make it so I could use the forms from Weave and send them to patients and when the form has been submitted it would link with our system DOLPHIN. I spoke with one of your reps and they said you do not currently work with the Dolphin system. This would be beneficial to have since many medical offices are using this system.

WIV: New Integrations (for Auto-Verifications)
Integrating insurance verification's auto-verification feature with various PMS with which we already integrate to provide WeavePlus functionality. This involves syncing the memberID of the primary insurance holder as well as the NPI and TaxID of the provider.

Saving NPI and Tax ID values
Customers have requested the ability to configure Weave to save certain values of the verification process. These values are typically assigned to practitioners and don't change, so we shouldn't force them to enter them in for each verification.

Fax groups
Please add fax "groups" so we can fax in bulk to select groups of people at once. This would save me so much time when I am sending out 200+ faxes for events we hold multiple times a year

Make schedule notes available to view
We would like to view the appointment block notes that we have typed in. When computers are down or we are off site, it would be very helpful to see our notes on the appointment blocks. Thanks

Alerts for Med History on acct
When you submit a weave form medical history no alerts are posted to the account for the medical problems they have. Mconsent previously did create that alert manually. So that when the pt profile on Eaglesoft is opened it pops up with alerts for what medical problems they have. It would be ideal if this feature is added to weave forms.

Patient Survey
We would like to send patient surveys after patients' appointments for internal use. It will be a 5-10 questionnaire to track and regulate patients' feedback from their recent visits. This will help funnel negative feedback offline - not on a Google or Facebook review. The reviews are being utilized for external views, however, we want an internal way to monitor patient satisfaction. SolutionReach and Birdeye have this capability. We are looking to switch companies if we cannot get this integrated in a timely manner.

Team Chat Pop Ups
Hello! We would love something in the settings that allows us to view message contents in the desktop pop ups when someone types a message in the Team Chat. Right now, the pop up just says "Click here to view message" and you have to click on the pop up to read the message. Because we often have our hands occupied with other things, clicking on each message to see the intended recipient is very inconvenient.
When patients message us through the Message tab, we can see the contents of those messages in the pop up. So, we'd just like…

Include all Appointment Times for Patient
Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.

Insurance Verifications Write Back Benefits
It would be extremely helpful for the Verifications to write back the benefit information it populates back into the Patients Chart in Practice Management Software. Even if it was just Maximums, Deductibles and percentages.

Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!
Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

Please provide administrative access to view all instant messages between users. Maybe a default "blind copy" on every instant message sent...? Or access to search all instant messages sent/received by a specific user.

PCI COMPLIANCE!
PCI Compliance may be a reason we have to stop using weave.... Our company cannot be held liable for Weave not being able to block recording of credit cards. I see this issue has been posted before but is not being addressed. Most of your clients probably don't even realize this danger is in the wings....PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!

pull Eaglesoft SIP list to quick fill
I am not sure why the quick fill list does not read the Eaglesoft patients marked SIP (sooner if possible). It is extremely redundant to have to manually add patients to the quickfill on desktop app, and then I don't know if the patients in quickfill app are staying current, or being removed after Tx complete.
