Website Widget Customizable
We would like to be able to customize the widget to have our logo or something else besides the Weave logo because it is not a good indicator as to what the widget is or why it is there. We want our patients to be able to see the logo/widget and know that it is for communicating their needs with us directly.

Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable. Team tracker for fax
An office would like to have added to the fax report they receive, who is responsible for sending each fax. It would help with their tracking.

Voicemail navigation from phone
We would like the ability to maneuver through voicemails from the desk phone easier. Keys for skipping forward and skipping back would be very helpful to get to the message you want to listen to. Additionally, the ability to skip the new messages and go directly to the saved messages to find a specific one that had been saved. While some of this can be done on the desktop interface, voicemail groups don't show up on that interface, and there are some locations that use the phone, but don't access the desktop app.

Interoffice Chat Feature
We started using the interoffice feature to help our team have more accountability for returning calls, answer questions, etc. We created specific group chats to include only those who needed the information and in doing so, it crashed our weave storage and lost all of our conversations and patients to follow up with (close to 900 patient questions over the course of 3 months). Option to delete/trash Fax messages in bulk, between specific date ranges in Admin Portal
Currently in the Admin Portal> Fax. You can select a date range in order to export the data to an Excel sheet but, I had an office request to be able to have a function that would allow them to select a date range, check a box or a radio button to "Select All Within Range" or something- and delete all of them in bulk.
The only way to delete Faxes is currently from the archives, one at a time.

Option to delete/trash a Fax directly from the Desktop App
Currently, in order to be able to delete a Fax. Offices have to archive the fax and then go to the admin portal in order to delete the fax from Archives.

retrieve archived messages
An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.

option to adjust time duration for time out
Hello. Happy customer here!
We have 11 staff in the office with 12 computers with Weave. We have been experiencing Weave logging out automatically after few hours. Our office texts our patient every 45 minutes. Sometimes texting our patients few minutes early helps when we are running behind. So, not having to log in again and waiting for it to load helps when patients are waiting to come in (We have all our patients wait in their cars).
Can we have an option to adjust security time out feature please? It will help our office routine without interruption.

phone analytics
Hi there, we would like to see a feature for phone analytics section to differentiate normal calls vs duplicate calls. For example: patient calls the office and no one answers. Same patient calls back again in 5 seconds. Is there a way to see those and remove them from the overall incoming numbers received to get more accurate stats? Thank you.

Earlier appointment time in reminder
We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

stop quietly disconnecting/logging out!!!
New update logs out in the background, causing tremendous communication issues!!!! Need a VISIBLE warning if the application is going to logout. When working on patients, the app will log out and important office chats are not received. Up front, it will log out and we don't receive texts from patients and don't even know it's disconnected until it causes a communication problem and patient backlog. THIS IS A TERRIBLE DESIGN. PLESE REMEDY!!!!!!!

Logo removal from forms
The forms portal is not allowing me to remove the logo from branding setup. Please fix.

Add as New Contact (Text Message Setting)
Please add a "Add as New Contact" option in the settings (ellipses icon) menu of an open text thread allowing the user to add the person they're texting with as a new contact in case they aren't already.
