Scroll bars
Good morning. This morning I noticed my Weave box has a vertical and horizontal scroll bar. Is there anyway to just make the weave box bigger so I can get the scroll bars out of the way?

New Patients who are not active in Dentrix
Weave needs to be able to integrate more with Dentrix in order to recognize New Patients that are in the schedule but not activated in our system. Meaning we should be able to send the new patient forms digitally or have confirmation texts and emails sent like any other patient. We came to Weave from Lighthouse. Lighthouse was able to recognize and send New Patients appointment reminds even if they were not active in the system. We are not allowed to create new patients charts until they actually show up in office for their appointments. Please make this happen as…

Weave Help Callback not working
I called into support multiple times over the last 2 weeks. When I call in directly, I can press the button for a call back. But if I'm transferred to a special line, and then try to do the call-back, it won't accept an inputted number rather than "the number I called [transfered]" from.

Adding reporting to recall analytics
We would love it if we could export a report from the recall analytics that would show us all patients that have received a recall and that have not received a recall in a given time frame. This would make the list of patients that we need to call for recalls easy to use and transfer between employees. The format of the reports does not matter, just anything printable would be great. Thanks!

Shortening online forms
Our weave forms print out super long. Is there anyway to make our side of the form in a smaller font to minimize the paper amout? Right now we have to download, edit, change font and it takes it from 7 pg to 4. But our regular paper form in the office is 1 pg front/back. We don't like killing trees!!!

Transfer calls from app to office phones
Please give the IOS & Android app the ability to transfer calls. I do not have an office phone to set up at home and I cannot transfer calls on my cellphone through the app.

Admin control who can view analytics.
Add the ability for admins to control who can see the analytic area or phone stats area. We have staff who watch it constantly and then complain that they are answering the phone more than others....etc. Just something to maybe stem that kind of activity. Thank you.

Resync button on server
I have to call and an hour or more on the phone every month to fix our eyewear notifications. Each time the initial support person researches the problem. After a while, they say they can't do anything, and pass it on to a higher tech. EVERY time that tech says they are resyncing Weave on our server. Why don't you create a button that can be on our server desktop that I can click to re-sync it? I would save you a whole lot of time, as well as me.

Filter "Undeliverable" Text Messages
With the new text message update, we are receiving "undeliverable" messages back from those numbers who have opted out of texts. This bogs down our messages. Every day we are weeding through 80+ messages that are "undeliverable" because they have opted out of texts, all while new texts are coming through. It is overwhelming. If there was a way to set up an automatic filter to filter those messages out so that we can take care of the more important messages, (cancellations, ordering, etc.) and get rid of those as we have time, that would be helpful.

Weave Feedback Is Broken
First, the Weave feedback system sucks...you want my feedback to make your system better, so you make me have to login, wait 5 minutes for an email, then see if my idea is already submitted, but all I can see are the subject lines for these other ideas, you click one to read it, and if doesn't apply to my idea I have to back out, but now my idea I've written about is gone and I'm logged out of Weave feedback...yet another completely opposite of genius idea you have put into place! How about you actually make feedback useful…

Email Customization Font
Customization with email - font currently looks weird when it gets email. So font customization, customization/customizable template for outgoing forms.

Online Forms
It would be nice from the desktop and phone app to be able to access forms. Access forms and then choose patient that needs it, and have them sign via ipad in office. Some patients are not literate on phones or don't have smart phones. If forms would open in app and not have to be emailed or texted this would solve many additional clicks and steps.

Forwarding weave messages
Hi, my name is Mary and I am the front desk scheduler with Precision Eye Care. I recently updated to messages 2.0 with one of your representatives, and have been looking forward to the new tagging feature. I was anticipating it would be similar to forwarding messages by tagging them with team members. I am responsible for going through and responding to all the Weave messages. Team Chat: Search messages by keyword
Would you please make it possible to "search" for a key word in our inter-office text/chat? Many times we need to recall a conversation, but it can take 30 minutes to go back even to last month. It would make this much more useful! Thank you.

Full reading ability of scheduler
In the web assistant I need it to be able to read the regular schedule that we use for the doctors and the exceptions that are put in to either open or close the doctors schedule in order to give patients a truly accurate log of openings.

Online Forms Link
Help make forms online patient forms link available for multiple submissions.
The link seems to be patient specific, therefore can only be used once. We schedule multiple family members on the same day. We are having to send multiple messages, often to the same mobile number. For a family of 4-5 it is very inconvenient.
Additionally, it would be nice to customize/edit the outgoing message for online forms.

Text Box for Existing Client
Please, please, please bring back the text box on existing clients even if they don't have a phone number. We have over 11,000 clients and not all of them had cell phones when they were entered, but many are dropping their landlines and using the that number as their cell number. It is imperative that we are able to still try to text them. It allows us to clean up our system and contact our clients in case of emergency. As of right now, we cannot contact those clients by text in an emergency situation. Thank you!

Integration with Impromed - Phone Numbers
Within Impromed software, the integration is pulling the phone numbers from the Patient File versus the Client File. This ends up with sometimes pulling the wrong number to text and then the integration is no longer useful for this feature.
