A manual SMS template 'hub' where all manual text templates can be accessed quickly and edited easily, much like the automated sms templates are reached, instead of having to pull up a thread or new message to access the templates.

Quick fill needs
I just got the training on Quick fill list, I have a suggestion regarding this, when you have multiple providers and length of time frames for treatments this really doesn't work. If there was a way to put which room and time units needed it would help tremendously. It would pull the correct info on openings.

Send forms to multiple recipients
Forms need to be more interactive, such as sending in bulk to patients. Right now you have to send each one individually which is not even close to being ideal. If i have to send a reminder to 40 patients it's way to time consuming. Also an app for i pad i hope is coming soon?? The goal with forms was to go as paperless as possible and we even purchased 4 new i pads that we can't use.

Edit message template; Archive forms
Forms...... I feel like this option wasn't beta tested that you just wanted to sell it and we will figure out issues later. All the problems that I am facing with are things that would of come out in a beta test. 1. The names are not appearing... 2. The message that appears when you are manual send the forms... is not typed correctly - so every time I sending it I have to correct it. There should be a way that we can create our own message that would populate properly every time. 3. There is no way to…

app and CS recommendations
When receiving an emergency message I used to be able to just click the link in the text message notification, now I have to call in and dial through to access the voicemail box, that should be put back the way it was.
The Names at the top of the app should be able to have the font size changed to be able to see the full name as we have the location at the end of our name but you cannot see it because its too long.

I need a rep to call me
I need better service.
1) There is known problem using the app to call out and NO ONE has alerted us. Horrible service. I had to pester customer service to get an answer.
2) The chat is very frustrating and time consuming. I want voice interaction.
3) I want my account rep to call me. CALL ME. No chats. No emails.At the end of the day, there are several disappointments with your service. I would like to discuss what I need from you.

Refresh Weave website OVERKILL
Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

Font size for age 50+ eyeballs
I’m a 52-year-old doctor and like many people my age have a little bit of early presbyopia
I would think your app has a lot of people using it that are not always in their 30s and 40s
could you please find a way to increase the font size on the app. it’s a pretty serious issue for those of us who don’t have the younger eyes that we once had

Ability to differentiate between pt vs insurance payments
Insurance payments are made by virtual credit cards. it would be nice if inside the weave payments admin site if it could differentiate between a patient payment and an insurance payment. Maybe a button during the charge process that we could click for insurance so we don't accidentally refund the insurance company instead of the patient.

Auto texts to patients with upcoming appt and needs a health history update form link
Auto texts go out annually using the CC Recall types for patients with appointments AND need their health history form updated with the link provided to the form. Another option would be to read each procedure and if the procedures listed in the appt has a HH (Health History), a text message goes out with the HH form link. There MUST be a way to send out a text with the HH link for patients with appointments in the next x days. :)

Share Fax in Team Chat
tag a fax to our team group chat so our group can start work on that asap. if i save to folder it tends to create more work cause they will forget to even open that folder.

Schedule Request Icon on Mobile App
We need a Request icon on the mobile app like there is on the Desktop app. If a patient schedules an appointment on our website widget, we get a notification on the desktop. However, if it is during the weekend or we are away from the office, we miss the schedule request because it does not show up on the mobile app and we lose the patient because they have already found someone else who answered before we could. PLEASE include the Request Icon on the mobile app so we can answer potential patients quickly. Thanks

Order of completed lists
In the Lists, Follow-Ups section, the completed tasks should be shown in descending order (most recent at top) instead of ascending order (oldest first). That way I can quickly check the most recent completed follow ups quickly instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom

Cancelled appointment / unsubscribe
When a patient to an office cancels their appointment ("cancel" is also a trigger to unsubscribe), that patient is then unsubscribed to all messages from that office. It seems odd to cut off all communication with an office if the patient just simply cannot make that appointment. The patient would then have to call in and reschedule and the office will inevitably call Weave to get that patient back for sms communication. We've created our own call volume on this.

Officemate Web Assistant Integration
Hi there, this feedback is regarding the integration between Officemate PMS and Weave Web Assistant. First off, thank you very much for integrating these two softwares. The syncing is very helpful, greatly appreciate it! The only issue our office is running into is sometimes some of the blocks on our Officemate schedule still shows up as available on the Weave scheduler. On Officemate, we usually just block times off with "Non-patient appointments." Do we have to change our schedule blocking to schedule exceptions or something similar to that? Or is there a way for Weave to read the Non-patient appointments…

Follow Up Task notifications
Hi there!
Not sure if this a bug but we've started utilizing the "Follow Ups" lists for patient and team member specific tasks however, the follow up notifications pop-up once a minute until dismissed (sometimes creating a notification queue that's 45+ msgs long).
A single notification for a follow up task is sufficient until dismissed.
